I'm all for harm reduction and it is a safer way to inhale your substances than setting them on fire. But many of the risks are still the same. And if your "harm reduction" means moving backwards on all the progress we have made to reduce smoking culturally, then we're going to end up with more problems, not less!

People who hide a vape in their hand to sneakily smoke in places where it's not allowed and other people don't consent to it are breaking the social contract. The fact that your cigarette is fancy and has batteries doesn't change that.
