Fiction is a space to write and extrapolate upon society and humanity. Sometimes this is not pretty. I do not condone unhealthy relationships or actions. Fiction is purely fiction.

hey so. donât do this.
âcoming from a place of respectâ there is nothing respectful about a comment like this. this is exactly why I say witch hunt, speculations and accusations harm the writing community as much as ai does, if not more.
I am not saying âyouâre an asshole if you think a fic is aiâ. I have come across fics that I believe were ai-generated. but instead of asking (accusing) the authors, I make my own decisions whether Iâll continue reading for the benefit of the doubt or quietly exit the fics and look for something else to read.
because with every accusation like this, thereâs always a chance of a genuine, innocent writer getting wrongly accused.
last but not least, fanfic writers do NOT owe you anything. they write for themselves and their own enjoyment. their ao3 accounts are their houses and they were kind enough to let you in their houses. for free. (you get to read things for free.) you donât go into other peopleâs houses and tell them âactually I think the way you decorate your room is sus. did you actually do it yourself or did you ask a robot to do it for you?â. THEY đđť DONâT đđť OWE đđť YOU đđť ANYTHING. and I say this as someone who is not a fan of ai fics. if you donât like what youâre seeing, quietly leave.
*the following is not about the fic in this specific post. in general, I still strongly believe people who let ai write for them should tag their works as ai accordingly. but if we want more people to be honest about it, weâll have to stop shaming and harassing people who actually tag their ai-generated fics accordingly. harassment is never justified. not to mention, it will only make âai writersâ refrain from tagging their ai-generated works as such. and then thereâs no way for anyone to know for absolute certainty if itâs ai. therefore the raise of witch hunt.
the horror of being "god's favourite princess". literally one of my favourite horror themes. the god loves you and it's so scary.
it will always choose you. you cannot die. you'll always come back because it loves you so much. you are its right and left hand, its eternal weapon. it will drown you in its light. light as horror. darkness as horror. what if it thinks you are its best friend.
you are god's favourite princess and it's terrifying.
Cirrus my beloved <3 He unlocked in me⌠I don't know what to call it correctly, feelings for priests? I was always indifferent to them, but a few years ago, I read a visual novel "Obscura" and my view of priests changed. It turns out there were so many hoties that I didn't notice. One of my pet peeves in any gacha fandom community is shipping characters we don't even know the personalities of yet.
(For the record, everyone should do whatever they want; I encourage it. This is just my inactive blog, and I'm the tyrant of my own space and can vent about my gripes lol)
And I'm not talking about characters interacting. Because one of my favorite ships is Kaeya x Tartaglia, and they never interact. But we know enough about their personalities to write something.
The thing is, someone will write something about a ship with characters we know nothing about. Then that becomes the foundation for how everyone else does it. And it's essentially someone's OC at that point.
Once the characters are on screen, sometimes they end up different. But now we have this entire other personality taking over the internet, so it makes it difficult to sift through fics.
Yes, I am hypocritical. I can't say I've never written a character we don't know much about; I wrote Pierro for a collab because it was a Harbinger collab. It was extremely stressful, and I did an immense amount of research into the lore as well as the history of the name Pierro irl. Thankfully since it wasn't a ship between two onscreen characters, it didn't go anywhere. đ
So, absolutely do whatever brings you joy, of course. People have every right to say, "Fuck you, I'll do what I want." That's the beauty of fan fiction.
But I'm just going to scream a second because it's also my right to be grumpy about it đ

Drew XavCecy in my chibi style, inspired by the Once Upon a Frame banner <3 I remember in high school not really being interested in Romeo and Juliet, but I've grown a better appreciation for it as I've gotten older.
write shrek x reader yandere fanfic. do it. i dare you. you started this, so do it.
This has been sitting in my inbox for like. Two years lmao.
Shrek x GN!Reader
Rated everyone I guess
...
Shrek was an ogre with little patience, especially patience for people. You were no exception despite his tolerance for being in your vicinity. You usually somehow managed to trudge your way through every cursed tree and over his swamp to deliver his Fayazon packages, and maybe that had to be respected just a little. He didn't like Fayazon by any means, but one of the shops on there sold his favorite popcorn snacks, peppered with eyeballs and onion dust. And they were the only shop who sold them. He couldn't find the damned stuff anywhere else.
So, anytime you sludged your way through his side of the swamp, he couldn't be too mad. Hell, he even tipped you a few times.
His cravings were immense this time around, so he did something a little different and sat outside, waiting for your weird hat to pop up over the bog. You were always on time, even with the crazy traveling. Fayazon was probably working you to death, but that wasn't really Shrek's problem. Probably.
He had never thought it a problem until the sun started setting and the call of the cicadas serenaded the wood. And you weren't there.
He stood and paced around the building. The outhouse. The edges of his property.
Did you quit? Did you get eaten by some magical critter? Did you finally succumb to employee burnout?
He huffed and wiped his brow. Ridiculous. He just needed his damn popcorn.
He returned to his porch and angrily plopped into his squeaky chair, which he'd also ordered on Fayazon. No, he did not have a problem.
His knuckles were going numb by the time you limped over, beat up box in tow, Fayazon hat missing. Your uniform soaked.
"It's about fucking time." Shrek stood and towered over your sorry state. "What took ya so long?"
You could only sigh. "Giant leeches."
"Ah, that'll do it."
When you only stared into space, package still in hand, he yanked the box from you and set it on his shoulders. "You look awful." Shrek huffed. "Maybe I should lock you up and keep you as my personal popcorn deliverer. Ha."
You didn't even laugh. You slowly turned, said goodbye, and walked away from the swamp.
Well, not everyone could take a joke. Although, maybe it wouldn't be so bad to work for him? The pay wouldn't be as good, but at least Shrek would let ya go piss!
He laughed his way into his hut, excited for his popcorn.
16 and 20 for the ask game?
I apparently don't get notifications for my asks, so I missed this đ I'm so sorry.
16. Do you make playlists for your fics?
I do sometimes! Especially for original content, but I also have a playlist for my biblically accurate angel Hualian fic.
-Here is a creepy playlist for a different story called The Demon Farm. (I never got around to finishing that story. I think it was originally a Dragon Age AU.)
https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4s0KDNiPKlrYyzHzhWiP93?si=3O7wSG_-TPCoUgYBdYqWyQ&pi=SlwPGQPSSAG4L
20. Do you listen to music when you write?
Sometimes! More often I'll listen to music while I brainstorm. But when I wrote a stripper fic, I had four songs on loop.
"I'm curious about 2, 6, and 18"
Answering this from someone in discord!
2. When and where do your best ideas seem to strike?
Sometimes my best ideas hit me out of nowhere while at work. Sometimes driving. Many appear right before I shower for some reason. I have a shower ritual where I warm up the room and put on a green dim light and set towels down for my dog, and for some reason it just makes me creative. I keep my phone in there to brainstorm in notes.
6. What's your usual writing environment?
At my desk or in bed. A lot depends on my pain levels for that day. Sometimes phone writing feels better, sometimes keyboard does. And voice to text tends to be easier on my phone. Pretty much always in my bedroom. Sometimes I'll pace the house and act out the scene/dialogue or talk about my brainstorming points. (Yes, this is very embarrassing when caught.)
18. What's a trope you want to write but haven't written yet?
This is tough for me to answer. In general, I've wanted to write darker horror, but I'm just not well practiced yet. As far as a specific trope, I'd love to someday write something where the protagonist has a dark secret you'd never guest until it's revealed towards the end. My usual style is more character driven, so these sort of plot driven tropes are a bit more difficult for me.

Cirrus as the â¨Newsâ¨Anchorâ¨
(Pei Ming and Kay are the only other residents atm, and you can imagine that Cirrus is not having a great time.)
Kay and Cirrus meet for the first time. They discuss BDSM.
There's also a hilarious moment where Kay is thinking about Pei Ming's face, and Cirrus comes up behind Kay, scares them, and Kay's face falls off. Cirrus, in terror, runs back to his home.
(Man was not made for running.)
And now he is following Kay around for some reason
⨠Anyway, this has been a Cirrus update! Stay tuned for Pei Ming updates and other news. â¨
man i wish my ocs (that i don't post about) had a fandom. alas
