16 DAY RESET
So, I'm currently sitting at my "prep weight" of 46.6kgs. However I'm not feeling at my optimal. Physically and emotionally.
I'm going away on thr 15th and I'd like to use the next 2 weeks to reset my head.
Training 6x a week
2.5 liters of water a day
No alcohol
No sweets
Veggies daily.
