quarantine activities

if you’re anything like me and all the people i know, you’re probably bored out of your mind being stuck at home during this pandemic. here’s a list of activities for you to do in the comfort of your own home :)

🌺watch youtube (i love watching videos related to sims 4 or video games)

🌺watch netflix (i recommend “the walking dead”, “orange is the new black”, or “stranger things”

🌺read a book (i’ve been rereading “the mortal instruments” series)

🌺organize your room

🌺do your nails/hair

🌺write something (put your headphones in and write without stopping. you’ll be surprised at what your brain comes up with when you’re just writing to write)

🌺catch up on sleep (just don’t oversleep because then you’ll feel fatigued)

🌺call someone you haven’t talked to in a while (maybe a family member or a friend)

🌺organize your phone (delete old pictures that you don’t need, go through apps you don’t use, contacts you don’t need, etc.)

🌺make a list of things you’re grateful for (especially helpful if you’re feeling that quarantine depression like i am)

🌺try cooking a recipe you’ve never tried before

🌺try yoga (you can find tutorials on youtube)

🌺write a letter to your future self

🌺listen to a podcast (i’m obsessed with “limetown”, it’s a fiction podcast about a town where everyone disappeared and it’s really intriguing to listen to)

🌺draw/color

🌺learn a new skill or something random (i’m so bored i’m memorizing the whole periodic table haha)

Think about it, Helen goes in to talk to Edna but Edna has already prepared a series of supersuits that are perfectly designed for every situation she and the kids are going to be in. And for some reason, we’ve all just accepted that, yeah, she’s Edna Mode, she would know these things, she’s just like that.

But what if we’ve all been missing something right in front of us?

We know Edna has affiliations with the government agency and has obviously been making suits for decades. Do you think the government is just going to get a random fashion designer to make these suits? Absolutely not.

They’re going to get a Super.

What if Edna is a Super with the power of future-vision? 

That’s how she knows exactly what suit to make, that’s how she knows that the kids are going to be in danger, that’s how she’s so aware of everything going on around her and catches everyone off guard.
