Now that @inkwellinsanity 's contest is over, I figured I'd post my entry. Given the timing, I thought Bon Bon could use a cute romper with a sun hat!
Congrats to everybody who won the contest, all the outfits were pretty and adorable!

Merey christmas to all who celebrate!
I'm slowly realizing that a lot of people struggle with seeing media as being stories that use characters as narrative tools to explore themes, and rather they often just see them as.... documentaries about things that don't exist? People especially seem to struggle with this with stories that explore immorality. They don't really assume that the story is "about" anything, they just see the characters as people who act independently and often illogically, often writing characters off for doing things that they personally think are immoral. It's a hard thing to get past, and it can make discussing media with some people very difficult.

Do you liek bunny toons?
What a difference in attitude one change makes!
bunnies can naturally transceive and decipher radio communications no matter how secured
Based on @cutecipher 's "cute spores" post that i simply could not find again
Sorry but when i talk about supporting trans women I dont just mean popular white girls that have media careers I mean black trans women I mean broke trans women I mean trans women who dont pass and trans women with debilitating mental illness I mean all of us
i also mean full service sex workers, escorts and prostitutes and addicts

I've been enjoying the comics @inkwellinsanity puts out lately! Naturally, I especially love Miss Von Bon Bon. Decided to give her look a try, but it doesn't really work out for the more human sort of bunnygirl.
Sometimes its hard to stay kooky
I don't usually post these here, but sharing my annual halloween special from DA!
Shilling for a friend's Hypnovember prompt list, whether you want to participate or just enjoy what everybody comes up with!
Periodic reminder that
"TRF" is the hallucination of a small community of anti-transfeminists on tumblr trying to tar trans women as terfs or ideologically terf-adjacent
Trans/Rad/Fem is a book situating trans women's material conditions in wider feminist theory, and has practically no relation to claims about what "TRF"s believe. It's really mostly a book about how women broadly have the same problems, but some women get worse treatment than others.
The book is also available for free online so talking about what you think it says when the contents are so easily verifiable is a choice
Lying on tumblr is really easy cause you can be reasonably sure that a significant chunk of misinfo-superspreaders can't read
#I haven't read trans/rad/fem but I have read an article by the author#they seem to be using radfem in its very original sense of believing that the main origin of misogyny is the oppression of women#(origin feels like the wrong word)#the reason radfem has gotten so associated with so many awful beliefs doesn't really have anything to do with its ideological core#still trying to investigate how radfeminism came to be so transphobic and anti-sex though#pink post
Talia actually talks about it in her Understanding Transmisogyny series of four essays, which is in the book and also here:
To understand the particular case, we must first begin with the general.
I mean I've definitely seen a whole lot of transfems in recent months drinking that radfem kool-aid and diving into really bizarre amounts of gender essentialism reminiscent of TERFS. I havent seen the people throwing around "TRF" as a term to know if thats what they mean by it though
Gotta dress your best for the season!
Don't you know bunny vampires are a time honored tradition?
sometimes I feel insecure around other trans women because I think my fetishes are too boring.
*scrolling through my bookmarks* oh wow feminization. yeah duh of course you like that stuff, you're a trans girl. girls with big dicks yeah wow really out there. yawn. most of this is just two women who are in love having consensual vanilla sex
I was into hypno stuff for a while when I was younger but I kinda fell off it? it's just like. not romantic enough if it's not free will, y'know?
my most distinctive fetish is probably back muscles. I don't know why that part of the body specifically but. the complicated shape of the shoulder blades...... gets sweaty
This is just my two cents as a hypno-afficionado, and its not to say "oh man you'd like it if you just tried the good stuff", but imo the best hypno stuff is the slow burn mental erosion kind that plays with blurring that line between what is Outside Influence and what you already wanted.
Somehow, as a repressed trans girl, that appeals to me.
