My name's Kit! I'm a multifandom/OC blog, but I tend to have phases where I focus on drawing like 1 fandom or OC group at a time, so you're gonna see a lot of that. I'm mainly here for art storage and preservation bc most of my art is traditional and no one has room to keep that much paper x_x

(Also, a side not to consider is that there are good / pleasing designs that aren't super reliant on super high contrast. Don't get me wrong. Contrast is great and I love it but I think sometimes design gets a bit more complicated then "you always need to use the most high contrast thing possible. Obviously, don't make all your characters a single color blob but making a character I walking polkadate rainbow in the name of "contrast" wouldn't inherently be good either).

Also, it's weird that this is happening (although less frequently (even to now) but I loathe those fucking jokes where a character "can say the n-word" or "dresses up as a black character" because they have a tan now. IDK how to explain it perfectly other than the fact that they aren't even Black makes a lot of these jokes weird enough.

tbh im not entirely immune to a villain with a tragic backstory but i do think villain origins are a lot more interesting when the focus is less "here is the original sin, the first big bad thing that happened to them that made them who they are" and more "here is the first time a person who maybe otherwise felt powerless in their life realized that they could hurt someone and get away with it"

you can get a lot more mileage out of analyzing a truly abhorrent character through the lens of like. what sort of conditions would allow or even incentivize this kind of cruelty? what kind of person benefits from those conditions and how? over the more typical who hurt them type analysis. imo.

From what I understand, Overtale and Humanswap are species swap AUs? And they don't have any particular canon, yeah? 🤔 I technically have one of my own called Luckyswap! Though it's just a Clover/Flowey species/roleswap; everyone else is more or less the same. At least for now; I don't have all the details fleshed out 🤔

Flowey's name is Fitz! But Clover is still Clover :)
