A while back I asked people to send in the ways you self care. I loved the variety of responses! Some of the suggestions were contradictory, which is the beauty of self care. Itâs different every day, for every person. You donât need to fit into the box of quiet bubble baths and naps... maybe what you need is to bake with metal covers of Disney songs blaring in the background. Or host a Mario Kart tournament with friends. Or not see people for two days. Do what works for YOU. The most important thing is that you prioritise looking after yourself... youâre no good to anyone if you burn out.
