Gengar is 1000% Frank's Pokémon buddy

I imagine The Legion in the Pokémon world are a group that owns one team (Frank, Julie, Susie, and Joey are 4 trainers who all share 5 of their Pokémon). I wanted to have it kinda like in DBD where you can only choose one of them to go into a trial but in Pokémon you can only choose one to be the Trainer in a battle.

Each member has a buddy that is the 6th Pokémon (they all have a special connection to the 6th buddy)

Frank, being in foster care and with no money, didn't get a Pokémon at age 10 like most regular kids did. Instead, he nicked a busted pokeball from one of his foster homes and kept it on him. A couple of years later, during the Halloween season, Frank noticed a Gengar stalking him. The Gengar liked how Frank was pulling mean tricks on the younger kids and egging the houses, and wanted to join in. Frank was shocked at first. He tried capturing the Gengar but that busted pokéball hardly did anything. The two of them bonded, and eventually they formed a friendship. Frank drew a Gengar face on his pokeball in permanent marker and showed it to the pokemon, promising (or threatening) that Gengar would be his first Pokémon. Eventually, years later, Gengar does accept.

I am a Spamton tail truther 😜 He and Susie can be both shy about their tails.

Since this is the first time Tenna sees Spam's tail, Spam is shy about it but as their relationship grows, I can imagine he becomes more used to showing his tail to Tenna and then eventually to the Studio (Maybe he also doesn't like his tail since its an Addison quirk and he doesn't want to be associated with them anymore?)
