hi. happy sunday. here’s a mantra that i always tell myself when my friends or fam are having a hard time and need someone to just be there for them, i always want to be the best friend, daughter, sister, coworker, human, etc etc i can be, and i think practicing radical empathy and being understanding of others is always at the core of that. 💛 hope everyone has a lovely sunday!
