Gosh it’s been practically a life time since my last ramblings on here. I’m getting a divorce. I’m hopelessly in love with someone new. I am exploring a side of myself that I didn’t know existed (but the signs were always there.) I go back to those previous posts and I just want to give that person a hug.

My mom lost her home

All her things she’s so lovingly collected, gone.

Albums of childhood photos, gone.

All I want to do is buy her everything to replace what she lost but I can’t.

I leave for the weekend and the news follows me.

I think today was the first day I didn’t cry.
