Our history doesnât know many cases when the majority was right. Therefore, there are no many cases when justice has really prevailed.
The ones who committed a crime have always managed to get away without facing justice due to the confusion of the majority.

The most remarkable example, in my opinion, is Giordano Bruno born Filippo Bruno. He was philosopher, mathematician, poet, and cosmological theorist.
He is known for his cosmological theories, which conceptually extended the then-novel Copernican model.
He proposed that the stars were just distant suns surrounded by their own exoplanets and raised the possibility that these planets could even foster a life of their own He also insisted that the universe is, in fact, infinite and could have no celestial body at its âcentreâ.
Since he was telling the truth, the Inquisition found him guilty, and he was burned at the stake in Romeâs Campo deâ Fiori in 1600.
Many centuries later little has changed. People around the world prosecuted for telling the truth. Unfortunately, unlike in 1600, in the 21st century, some people have chosen options for telling the truth has changed dramatically and the nature of expression has become a crime by itself.
But remarkably, till today, the core reason why the guilty ones continue to get away with âthe murderâ remains unchanged.
Julius Caesar used the âdivide and conquerâ tactic to increase his power and expand the Roman Empire. But in order to divide it is necessary to confuse, to sow doubt. It is not possible to divide a group of people or society whereby every individual understands what is going on clearly.
When confusion is in place and doubt is sown, they need to be boosted to emphasize the effect and achieve a greater result.
The modern daysâ rulers are very lucky because they have something that their predecessors only could dream of â technology.
With rapid technological development, all types of communication systems became available which allow propaganda to do its job 24/7.
Needless to say that it makes âgetting away with the murderâ like a holiday trip.
If we look back a few things, besides the fact that we went through âwear & tearâ process, look very different today.
In the 60s and 70s, the world of entertainment was filled with enormously talented people.
 As soon as we heard the first chords, we found out who was singing. Even today those songs are very relevant and appeal to people of all generations. Deep Purple, Lets Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Tina Turner, Cher, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles and many many more.
But even the 80s and the 90s were represented by a number of talented people: Madonna, Michael Jackson (he became famous earlier but to me, he symbolizes the 80s, Prince, Whitney Houston, and many others.
What about cinematography? Doctor Zhivago, Easy Rider, Guess Whoâs Comming To Dinner, Psycho and zillion more. Truly talented actors who are stilled loved by people around the world.
The same goes for literature:Â The Master and Margarita, Mikhail Bulgakov; The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Eric Carle;Â Catch-22, Joseph Heller;Â The Crying of Lot 49, Thomas Pynchon;Â Ragtime, E.L.Doctorow and many more.
And it was not only about entertainment or literature. So many other incredible events happened during that period: Yuri Gagarin becomes the first human being to travel into space. Apollo 11 blasted off on July 16, 1969. Neil Armstrong, Edwin âBuzzâ Aldrin and Michael Collins were the astronauts on Apollo 11 and four days later, Armstrong and Aldrin landed on the moon.

And, of course, it would be a crime against humanity not to mention remarkable personalities who are the face of that period of time. Rosa Louise Parks, although it happened in 1955 when she refused to surrender her seat to a white male passenger on a Montgomery, Alabama bus, it would be not fair not to mention her because her heroic actions triggered a wave of protest. Andrei Sakharov, a Soviet Unionâs nuclear physicist, dissident, and activist for disarmament, peace and human rights. He played a key role in the development of the first megaton-range Soviet hydrogen bomb using a design known as Sakharovâs Third Idea in Russia and the TellerâUlam design in the United States. But when he realized the scale of the danger his creation represents he condemned Soviet development of thermonuclear weapons faced state persecution; these efforts earned him the Nobel Peace Prize in 1975.
Many other events happened during that time, including the Boeing 747 is an American wide-body commercial jet airliner and cargo aircraft, often referred to by its original nickname, âJumbo Jetâ, the worldâs most recognizable aircraft and it was the first wide-body produced. Since its first commercial flight on January 21, 1970, with Pan Am, the 747 has dominated the wide-body market for 37 years.
The main point is that people were well read and well informed. They were politically active. It doesnât mean that they dd not know how to have fun because they were boring. Actually, it was quite opposite. They knew how to have fun. And fun they had :).

But people also knew how to balance their social life with their obligations as citizens. On October 21, 1967, one of the most prominent anti-war demonstrations took place. After a brutal confrontation with the soldiers and U.S. Marshals protecting the building, hundreds of demonstrators were arrested. Also in 1967, the anti-war movement got a big boost when the civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. went public with his opposition to the war on moral grounds, condemning the warâs diversion of federal funds from domestic programs as well as the disproportionate number of African-American casualties in relation to the total number of soldiers killed in the war.
Joining the anti-war demonstrations by this time were members of the organization Vietnam Veterans Against the War, many of whom were in wheelchairs and on crutches. The sight of these men on television throwing away the medals they had won during the war did much to win people over to the anti-war cause.
Tensions ran higher than ever, spurred on by mass demonstrations and incidents of official violence such those at Kent State in May 1970, when National Guard troops shot into a group of protesters demonstrating against the U.S. invasion of Cambodia, killing four students.
In mid-1971, the publication of the first Pentagon Papersâwhich revealed previously confidential details about the warâs conduct. More and more Americans questioned the accountability of the U.S. government. In response to a strong anti-war mandate, Nixon announced the effective end to U.S. involvement in Southeast Asia in January 1973. Nixonâs resignation was also possible only because of the public pressure.
Then things started to change. Without going much into details, I assume that the process to decline started when the balance between citizensâ obligation and time to have fun has been disturbed.
On August 1, 1981, history was made when MTV, the first 24-hour video music channel, launched onto our television sets and literally changed our lives with the birth of the music video.
Although reality TV was first introduced in the 1940s, it didnât really take off until 1990s when it became popular and itâs popularity continues with accelerating speed. Perhaps reality TV had to wait so long because people were intellectually developed. Smart people wouldnât want to spend hours of their own life watching how other people enjoy theirs. But by 1990, the public was already prepared for it.
Reality TV produced Paris Hilton, the first woman who became famous for nothing. I guess that obsession with material stuff started to rise about the same time.
The number of incredible movies started to decline as well. More and more movies about artificial intelligence, dissent future or worlds as well as absolutely meaningless creations which show that laws of physics are no longer apply started to replace movies about us, human, our issues, our worries, emotions, tragedies and happy moments.
Entertainment is no longer entertaining. Many signers have little talent. They sound the same, look the same.
Songs lyrics are hard to call lyrics. One of them worth to mention.

If previously people admired their idols, today idols are being worshipped. There is a big difference between admiration and obsession. Admiration is healthy and obsession is nothing but mental obesity.
Same goes for literature. It is difficult to imagine that Fifty Shades of Grey could have got so much media attention in the 60s or the 70s. Because then people knew what is love and what is not.
The process of deterioration was incredibly slow and properly marketed. Therefore, it could be the reason why it went on for a while undetected.
I assume that the first alarming sings started to pop us in 2001 after tragic events in New York.
Terrorism after the 2003 Invasion of Iraq

On 2nd October 2001, The first version of the Patriot Act was introduced into the House, as the Provide Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (PATRIOT) Act of 2001, and was later passed by the House as the Uniting and Strengthening America (USA) Act (H.R. 2975) on October 12.
The most important Sections are classified as Section 215, Section 206, and Section 6001. Section 215 sanctions the seizure of âany tangible thingâ without warrant that the government has reason to believe is affiliated with an act of terrorism. These âtangible thingsâ include books, records, papers, documents and other items.
Two provisions of the USA Patriot Act are unconstitutional because they allow search warrants to be issued without a showing of probable cause.
There is little doubt that previously people would reject any government attempts to trim their rights. It could have been impossible because they have more power but because they knew much more.
People also had a sense of responsibility. They liked not only to say that with great power comes great responsibility. Ther have also practised it. They confirmed every word they say with appropriate actions.
It seems that trends of the 21st Century keep a sense of responsibility out fashion. In fact, it replaced with means-nothing words as âpatriotismâ, âdemocracyâ, etc. The reason why I mentioned âmeans-nothingâ is that when people repeat words after politicians without even realising what they say is not what they actually so, the words they say become nothing, just a noise.
Johnny Depp told the German news magazine Stern:Â âAmerica is dumb, itâs like a dumb puppy that has big teeth that can bite and hurt you, aggressive.â He was heavily criticized for his comments although what he said was true at that time and with regard to that particular subject matter.

The reaction on Johnny Depp statement was very different from those which were observed in the 60s and the 70s.
But those who criticised Johnny debt missed out one very important point. By losing the ability to think and supporting illegal war under the flag of âletâs spread democracyâ, they approved one of the biggest crimes of all times.
Well documented facts show that George W. Bush well documented lied to the American public and the world community and followed invasion triggered the process which we observe today. The illegal war triggered the process which led to the destabilization of the entire region and led to the biggest refugee crisis in modern history. Regular people continue to lose their lives as a result of the irresponsible support of Bush administrationâs criminal actions.
As a result of 2003 Iraq invasion, only in Iraq, about two hundred thousand (200000) civilians lost their lives.
 When it comes to human lives it is not fair to play with statistics because as long as someone lost his or her life it doesnât matter whether it was 1 victim or one million.
However, if we put it in perspective, 200 000 killed Iraqies translates into 66.6 New York 9/11 attacks. Even the number highlights that something is terribly wrong.
Documented civilian deaths from violence
As a result of 2003 illegal war, in 2016, from an estimated pre-war population of 22 million, the United Nations (UN) identified 13.5 million Syrians requiring humanitarian assistance, of which more than 6 million are internally displaced within Syria, and around 5 million are refugees outside of Syria.
But those individuals who are very quick to support any military actions of their government and scream about patriotism and democracy louder than a jet engine are also responsible for all victims of the international terrorism.
There is no doubt that terrorism is evil and deranged fanatics shall be eliminated either at the crime scene or put behind bars. But nobody is born as a terrorist. And no one becomes criminal just because they had nothing else to do. Something very disturbing happened which distorted their mentality to such an extent that they are ready to kill other people who have nothing to do with crimes against humanity.
When in December 2016 terrorist attack happened in Berlin killing many people, I expressed my views in the Article âI Donât Want To Be Nextâ. In it, I made an attempt to suggest how we could start the process that might help us to stop this madness.
It may not work. However, I think if we do not want to be next we shall try any available options. Because how would we know whether it is a viable solution or not, if we donât put it through the test?
Shortly after the attack in Berlin, tragedy struck Stockholm. It is difficult to explain why people shall go through such pain. What is clear is that killing of innocent civilians is always nothing but senseless murder.

But where those deranged fanatics are coming from? They were not born with this hostile mentality. Most likely such mentality might have been groomed gradually. Because as we look at these pictures it becomes clear that it is not possible to produce civilised society when poor souls have to grow up in Hell on Earth.

If we continue to use the position of strength to resolve the issue of terrorism, we might also need to think how many more bullets we are required to produce and how many more prisons it would be necessary to build?
I do not know the answers to these questions. But I know that if we continue to apply the same method despite the fact that it doesnât work, our future might look far from attractive.
We may end up engaged in endless and ever-expanding industrial scale of bullets production as well as booming construction industry without any sign of a crisis on the horizon. Because we would build prisons instead of beautiful condominiums and office buildings.
Meanwhile, we would also get used to the fact that innocent people are killed left and right as it would likely to become our day-to-day reality. We would also get used to the idea that we have a good chance to be next.
Those who are so proud that they support Donald Trump and his travel ban shall understand one thing. By supporting anti-human policies of openly racist President, they are not going to get their country back. Instead, they are going to destroy their own country.
Considering all of the above, needless to say, that today the situation continues to get more and more depressing.
Since normal communication has been almost completely replaced by social media digital chats, public priorities shifted dramatically.
Today, Kardashians have much more followers than Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton.
It is true that most of the followers are teenagers. But these teenagers are going to grow up into adults pretty soon. Obviously, their choices may change but not dramatically. Because when people are groomed to consider low standards as high, we shouldnât expect a positive result.
To illustrate, I would like to share that yesterday I experienced something which could confirm my point. People continue to lose clarity and do not understand why they are doing certain things.

I ended up twitting apparently with a group of people. I couldnât understand whether it was a radio show or just a group. And I raised a question was whether it is correct that the presidents have sworn on the bible while the United States is a secular state.
Someone who is obviously not brights started an argument. In the end, I received a tweet from a person (host I suppose) who basically said that âyou twoâ argue outside because this was supposed to be about getting together to discuss issues and he blocked me.
I cannot say that his less than smart words and follow up actions shocked me. But it kinda surprised me. Because he doesnât understand that discussion is possible when people have opinions, not perceptions. Opinions are fact-based. Perceptions are Bible-based. Discussions require opinions as they are about WHAT IS RIGHT. Arguments do not require opinions as they are about WHO IS RIGHT.
I do not want to get together with those who donât have an opinion and doesnât care about truth as long as he or she could falsely convince that he or she is right.
There is no point to get together with those people because instead of helping to resolve the problem they with contribute to the problem.
Discussion for the sake of discussion is a time-wasting talk. It doesnât resolve anything.
We can observe this trend which shows that people have almost completely lost clarity. It is enough to watch any news channels to realize that political correctness has reached an advanced stage.
Joe said that Republicans are investigating the investigator. He added that it is not America, it happens in Turkey, Russia, China but not here.
This is where I absolutely disagree with Joe. First of all, it is not Prime Minister of Turkey, Recep Tayyip ErdoÄan or Russian President Vladimir Putin or Chinese President Xi Jinping who is involved in activities which seem to have a lot in common with a crime against their own people. It is not any of them who is now under investigation. And none of them would ask such stupid loyalty question. But it is all about Donald Trump, the President of the United States. Therefore, it is not happening in Tykey, Russia or China. It is todayâs reality of the United States.
Refusal to admit the reality doesnât help. I understand what Joe was trying to say but it only highlights the fact that Joe is trying to hold on to something which might not exist anymore in reality. In this case, it could be impossible to resolve the problem.
Within a couple of decades, dramatic fall of standards has already produced Donald Trump as the President of the United States. If we take into account the standards continue to fall as we speak, it is scary to realize what we may face in the near future.
The survival of the human race is at stake. If we would fail to find a solution to reinstate the standards at the level where they suppose to be, we may also accept that our civilization is doomed.
