What do you think, Tom has brown eyes like Merope Gaunt.. Merope is cross-eyed, but Marvolo has brown eyes.in the books, Merope is very ugly and has slanted eyes and heavy features, and Riddle Sr is just a Disney prince, tall, pale, black-haired on a horse.

I think so, Tom got most of his father's appearance. The brown eyes, I don't think it's mentioned in the book? I might be wrong tho. If it's mentioned I think it's from father's side.

The Gaunts looks like that and they got poor health caused by inbreeding within the family. If you play Hogwarts Legacy, there's also a Gaunt character and he's blind. His name is Ominis Gaunt. Might not related to Harry Potter stories but it proves the physical weakness. (Also bcs they don't really socialize with the other wizarding family. They think they're superior and refused to marry the others. That's also the reason why they're poor, no connections.)

Honestly, I don't know why they make Tom looks mostly like his father. Might be the stronger genes? Since the Gaunts are "unwell" and have less stable genetics?
