Four seasons by Kacper Kowalski
Kacper Kowalski was born in 1977. With a degree in architecture, he focuses on aerial photography. Both a pilot and a photographer, he has unique control over each shot. As a result he captures previously unseen natural environments and ordinarily inaccessible cityscapes. In this way unreal, almost graphic pictures come into being. They show patterns, symmetries and asymmetries created by humans and the nature. For his images he’s received numerous awards and honourable mentions, including the World Press Photo award, Nikon 75th Anniversary Award, Grand Press Photo, National Geographic, Pilsner Urquell International Photography Award (IPA), Sony World Photography Award, Picture of the Year International (POYi) Leica Oskar Barnack Award.
This is the beautiful hyperrealist art of self-taught painter Juan Carlos Manjarrez. His (oil on canvas) work has been displayed in various exhibitions in the United States and Mexico.
