Woke up this morning with a heart so heavy that I had to use whatever strength I had to lift up my heart to the Lord in hopes that he will decrease this weight... this world that we live in, it's no where near easy especially with so many of the issues we are facing today. My heart is currently with Houston and all the people who have and are currently suffering from tremendous loss.. from businesses to homes to lives, you all are prime examples to what many of us have failed to understand is only temporary.. tomorrow isn't promised and even if we live to see it, the things and people that bring us so much happiness are not promised to be in our tomorrow... it may be alot to ask, but even through the devastation and loss, count your blessings.. right now some may feel as if they have nothing to count, but let us start with our lives and build a list from there. This Morning I'm praying for friends, family, and all living beings in the Houston area. (Asking God to cover you all especially the first responders and just everyday people helping their neighbor and demonstrating the best qualities of humanity)... also praying for other issues that are harming our country such as the social inequality that is manipulating our justice system.. I pray for everyone who is suffering at ANY degree today no matter how small or big.. Still thinking of the amount of lives lost recently in Sierra Leone and praying for a relief of the pain and fear that pollutes our world... (recognized and unrecognized).. May the Lord grant you peace.. May the darkness you face today be conquered by a light so bright that it is unimaginable. #AMEN #GodBless #GoodMorning #MorningPrayer #Faith #prayers #HoustonStrong #HurricaneHarvey #PrayForTexas #Usa #SierraLeone #Africa #PrayWorldWide #GodIsStillGood #equalrights #BLM #prayforyourneighbor #PrayforYourself #JustPray #tuesdaymotivation #transformationtuesday #DarknrssToLight (at Pecos, Texas)
