Idk if this is an actual thing or not but when i was in the psych ward they made me show the guy every scar i had and i had some on my upper thighs and I genuinely felt violated

I like to let my vents rest out here in the open abyss of social media because I know my friends have a lot of the same problems as me,they'd say I'm attention seeking,probably. Plus,when I have the same problems as someone,their problems are always worse in my eyes. I'd rather help them out than ask for help! Asking for help is embarrassing for me,but I will always listen when someone else needs help. I don't want to be a therapist,but I'm good at it,I guess. The few times I tried to vent I either ended up crying,being told to grow up or it's not that serious,or both. I don't usually posts vents on here,but I need to get something out without screaming or crying or cutting or burning.

I used to like doing small things that make me feel more whole but slowly those things just became self destructive. I dont cut as often anymore but when i do its deep enough for me to need stitches. I feel like its not worth it if its not, but ill never tell people this because to me its only applies to myself.

I hope my liver fails either from the amount of alcohol ive been drinking since i was eleven or the handfuls of pills i took last night. Either way I pray that this is the last night I feel like this.

I don’t really enjoy anything at all anymore. I also don’t really like anyone. Or i feel indifferent to them. I think after years of relying on others for happiness i got tired. Im tired of my mother who speaks to me as if i somehow fucked up the whole family, which i cannot lie i probably did. My father who constantly makes me feel guilty for existing.

I hate my body and for the first time in my life it’s not because of how i look its because of how it functions. I am always nauseous, i throw up because of anxiety, and i hate being touched. Which is really funny because physical touch is usually my way of showing love.
