I really love Pentagons Shine for so many reason but mainly because it’s really nostalgic for me, the song and the style really reminded me of the late 2000s and early 2010’s kpop, (mostly Shinee and B1A4 vibes) where kpop was really colorful, fun and had that ugly strange fashion, the same elements that got me into kpop in the first place and you could imagine how happy i was when i heard that song and saw the concept and i really really hope i can hear more songs like “Shine” in the future
Beginning of March: Where is January and February?
Can you believe it’s already 3 months into 2018? WHERE ARE THE LAST 2 MONTHS??? I’ve wasted 2 months of 2018. Okay I had major exams so January was already occupied by those..... but February? I’ve vacation since the beginning of February and what have I done the last 4 weeks?: NOTHING.
Okay here and there I’ve done sports. I’ve bought a jumping rope ^^ and it’s so much fun to just jump arround. :) I also almost completed “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the wild” so I actually DID something hahaha
So i don’t know if it’s an international thing but do you guys know about the “BODY CHANGE” program by Detlef D Soost? As far as I know it’s a german program I think. Tell me if someone outside of Germany knows it ^^” So me and my mom want to try this. I’m actually quite excited about it. We’re starting on monday (05.03.18). So I’ll tell you guys by then how this works and IF it works. If you want to get into contact with me and tell me about your worries or just want to talk to someone who’s in the same boat as you (does this saying excist in England? haha) you may text me here on tumblr or on instagram (which I prefer).

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! It’s 2018... and almost february... time flies by!!!
I guess lots of you are thinking “New Year, New Me” and to be honest: I’m the same kkk
But have you changed yourself already? I don’t mean like changing all the habits from one day to another. But did you changed anything?
I was thinking this in the first week of 2018 and I haven’t changed any of my habits so I got frustrated. “Why can’t you be determined like all these kpop idols?? Why are you so lazy?!”
but you know what? I changed something after that week.
Do you guys happen to know ZombieRun? It’s a great app to start running. If you haven’t heard about it just try it! I’m on my 3rd week right now and I’m motivated. Yes you heard right:

IU Diet~
Hello guys~~~ how have you been? I’ve started the IU diet last week and omg: I’ve lost 3kg!!! oO So now I’m down to 103,5kg and I really hope to loose the remaining 3,5kg in this year. wish me luck!!! kkk

I lost 6.5 kg!
Hello yeoreobun~ ♡ so as you can see from the title: I’VE LOST 6.5KG! it’s not A LOT! and some of you might say “why is she dedicating a post for these few kg?” But for me it’s more than just a few kg. It’s HOPE! It’s ACCOMPLISHMENT! And it’s a LIGHT! a light which shows me that it’s possible. That I’m not stuck in this body. So yes. 6.5 kg isn’t a lot for 6 months. But it’s a lot for ME! 😄 I’m so proud of myself and I’m very very HAPPY! And THAT’S what’s important: Happiness 😁 So yes I know this post isn’t anything informative or anything but for those who are struggling and have lost hope: Don’t loose it! Hello guys. Sorry for not being here
BUT I’M BACK!
So I thought I would give you an update about my life:
1. I still suck at my diet BUT....(I will talk about this in detail later) 2. My road to became a happier person is still working. Sometimes I even have an Positivity overload. If you guys want to have some Positivity post from me then please heart this post :) 3. I’m thinking of starting youtube but it’s so hard to find the right content :/ 4. I will try my best to update again!
So about the diet:
Have you guys heard about “Intermittent Fasting”? I don’t know a lot about it. But I’ve heard that you get more energy from it and that a lot of people were able to loose weight with it. Of course there are some pros and cons but everything has its pros and cons.
So how to do it? It’s very easy! Let’s say you usually eat breakfast at 8am, Lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm. That’s what society teaches you. So in general you eat from 8am-6pm which means that your stomach has to work for 10 hours and that’s why you feel tired all the time. So intermittent fasting is the reduction of the time your stomach has to work. So instead of eating your breakfast, lunch and dinner in the time of 8am-6pm you eat it all in the time of 2pm -6pm. that means your stomach has 20 hours to rest and you will have more power during the day. THIS DOES NOT MEAN that you will only eat on meal a day!! You will eat your desiring calorie intake of a day in those 4 hours. So yeah. That’s something I want to try. Day 8
So a week is over! *yaaaay* I’m very proud to myself because I stuck to my plan and did the exercise! I skipped Saturday because I wasn’t feeling well (If you’re a BLACKJACK you will know why) I can’t really say anything today because I’m super tired haha But I just wanted to update this page so you know that I’m doing my exercise and so can you! Stop being on Tumblr and start to work out! See you next time~
Day 4
What’s up? ^^ It’s day 4 and I’m still doing all my exercise. I’m very proud of myself :3 It’s the first time that I’m really determinded to do it!! But I really struggle with the food. Since we haven’t got some things at gome I went to the next grocery store to get them but also got some cookies which I ate. (hate myself for that -.-) I just love chocolate and I really don’t know how to stop eating chocolate. It’s really just the chocolate. I can say no to anything else but chocolate... AAAAAAH~~ help TT -Panda ♥
Day 3
Yes I know I’ve missed Day 2 but idk. I wasn’t online for the day (watched Goblin the whole day.. xD) So Day 2 and 3 were okay. 2 wasn’t really special because I finished my daily Blogilatis and that’s it. The rest of the day I only watched Goblin xD So Day 3 came and I also watched some movies today haha xD (yes i’m lazy) but I went jogging AND did Blogilatis after it! So yes you can be proud hahaha xD This time I did it with my mum and it was sooo funny hahahha xD oh jesus xD So yeah.. nothing really special xD See you tomorrow xD and last question: Who is watching Goblin?
Day 1!
So today was day 1 and i’m already exhausted haha xD But some of you once told me: “NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!”
So I’ll stick to my plan. I went jogging today. 34min! I was so tired haha but I felt very great!!! and then I did Day 1 of the Blogilatis Begginers 2.0 Calender. And I felt my muscles burning xD But it’s all worth it ^^
I also started to write a “Fitness Journal”. For now it’s still kinda empty but it’s just the beginning!
We can do it!

2017 is going to be our year!
Whatsup everyone~?
It’s 2017 and all I can say is: STOP!
I don’t want to be like I am right now!
I want to STOP eating unhealthy! I want to STOP being lazy!
So thats why: 2017 is going to be our year!
I have neglected this tumblr blog for about 2 years I think. Or at least 1. So I want to come back. And I want to loose weight. With YOU!
I’m now 20 years old! I’m 175cm tall (which is a very nice height!) but I’m fu**ing 115kg heavy! Yes i have gained 20kg the last time I was online on that blog and I’m very ashamed! I hope you all won’t be mad at me! So what will I do now? I’ve downloaded 2 Apps:

Zombie Run, 5k!
So I will use these 2 Apps and start my journey tomorrow: 16.01.2017
With Blogilatis i will first do the Begginers Calender 2.0 and after I finished these weeks I will continue to do the monthly calender. So everyone who wants to do the Calender with me can do it ^^ I’m actually thinking of maybe open up a messenger group for everyone who wants to join to motivate each other but I don’t know with which platform >< because of privacy and safety. So If anyone has an idea please send me a message on tumblr! xD
