last book: hag-seed by margaret atwood!! it’s a retelling of the tempest through a guy who does a production of the tempest which is a play where so,e guy conjures up a tempest of his own which is a sort of play in and of itself. somehow this manages to be *puts on nyt accent* sharp yet poignant with subtle notes of caramel.

last song: letterbomb by green day. iconic start and those guitars… the bassline… also opening with “where have all the bastards gone?” is suuuuuch a line. absolutely recommend

last series: watching (rewatching on my part) inthelittlewood’s past life w my fam, and various interspersed episodes of: 2 broke girls (it’s a sitcom you’ve seen the clips), crash landing on you (every fanfic trope ever but it’s f/m kdrama), and culinary class wars (iron chef but south korean and oddly more intense)

last movie: oh teals a decent colour for this. project hail mary!! it was my second screening in two hours, I was with my friends at a birthday party. we were in the theatre and I got cinnamon donuts. I’ve actually been craving those all day,,,,,,,

Last book: I started reading the opening paragraph to Bleak House the other day. Other than that... I bought Murderbot Vol 2 and started reading a bit of that awhile back.

Last movie: mm, I suppose the Good Omens TV finale is technically a movie :P . Aside from that, it's been awhile. If we're not counting BBC Sherlock as TV movies, then I think it might have been a marvel movie.

Tea or coffee: I haven't had coffee in quite awhile, and I can enjoy a nice cup of tea, so I suppose tea. Either can be enjoyable, I think.

Sweet/salty: Right now, probably more leaning towards enjoying sweets. Salt is an effective flavor enhancer, though.

The only mistake he made was trusting his father. Xaden of all people should understand that instead of dragging him through dirt for it. Also, he gave everyone a chance to back out, but they didn't. Dain did not kill Deigh himself- he wasn't even on the battlefield for god's sake. Liam's death was caused by venin, not anyone else.

Atp Dain must be convinced that no one would cry for him or wipe his tears. Honestly horrible how he was treated by everyone in Iron Flame and Onyx Storm.

Why the fuck would Xaden care about Dain. Dain has done nothing but undermine and insult Xaden from the start. It’s not Xaden’s job to give a fuck about Dain.

If he shouldn't give a fuck about Dain he shouldn't drag him through the dirt every chance he gets. Dain had great reasons to be weary of Xaden. He knew Xaden could hurt violet, Xaden even had the motive to do so. If Dain truly undermined Xaden he wouldn't have asked Violet to stay away from him EVERY CHANCE HE GOT.

As for the insult, he has never insulted Xaden. Blatantly disrespecting someone and questioning someone's motives with VALID REASONS is completely different. Try reading the series again.
