I used to make COD content but I'm no longer going to do that. It's also the reason why I'm making a new introduction. I want to avoid making people confused about my content.

I'm still working on the merfolk au fanfic (Seascape) but it's going at a snails pace (._.)

I know what's roughly supposed to happen in chapter 2 but I kinda underestimated how difficult it will be. I'm constantly worrying I'm getting Kevin's or Wymack's character wrong and try to analyze the og books but it's still feels very difficult.

Finding the right words to paint the story with is also difficult. I'm constantly struggling to find more words but it's getting there. I'm not giving up and I like what I have so far, even if it's still unedited.

I'm also thinking about if there should be a ship with Kevin or if he should just remain single and build friendships. I like both ideas equally and still have enough time to think about it but I'm happy to hear ideas.

no thoughts, just a six-year-old Andrew Minyard at the doctor’s office with strep throat. A little girl is sitting with him in the waiting room eating a Happy Meal on her mom’s lap. Andrew traces circles into his own hands, thinking that the comforting taste of chicken nuggets and french fries would help him feel better. He knows he’s not supposed to ask for things, but a pang of desperation makes him forget to be cautious. He sits up straight, gathering his courage, and turns to his foster dad to ask if they can get a Happy Meal on the way home.

“No,” his foster dad snaps. “It was already enough of an inconvenience bringing you here.”

no thoughts, just a six-year-old Andrew Minyard shrinking back into himself as tears sting in his eyes. A six-year-old Andrew Minyard learning not to want things.

no thoughts, just a twenty-year-old Nicky Hemmick leaving the doctor’s office with Andrew who probably has strep throat, but wouldn’t let the doctor get close enough to check. Drained from the day, Nicky stops at the McDonald’s drive thru and asks Andrew what he wants. Andrew snaps that he isn’t hungry. Nicky decides to buy him a Happy Meal as a way of avoiding food waste if Andrew truly isn’t hungry, but also so Andrew has something to eat if he actually is hungry.

no thoughts, just a twenty-year-old Nicky Hemmick feeling guilty for not having the energy to make something at home for Andrew to eat, and not knowing he’s given Andrew exactly what he needed.

Andrew living alone

When Andrew graduated it was difficult for him to live alone he joined a team as close to Palmetto as possible but that didn't make him any less lonely. Neil was still at Palmetto, Nicky went to Germany, Aaron went to med school in a different state and Kevin joined a team in a different state.

All the people he used to cling to where out of reach. He was overwhelmed by his new team they didn't really respect his boundaries or bothered to even try to understand him. The lack of understanding from his team and the lack of his save person made him lash out more often. He kept calling bee and texting Neil but there was just so much he could do before even that wasn't enough. He didn't really have time to truly settle in to decorate his new home, it only had the bare necessities and a calendar at the fridge counting down the days till Neil would graduate so that empty feeling could finally fuck off.

Days turn into weeks and weeks turn into months. Andrew finally had managed to make his team leave him alone. He didn't talk to them and still acted mostly aggressive towards them but at least he finally found room to breathe. Finally some time to start making his home truly feel like home. A bean bag in the living room and his old fox jersey on the wall, Not much but a start. Just that fucking loneliness didn't leave him alone. He couldn't deal with it anymore no amounts of visiting Neil saved him from that crushing feelins once he stepped into his empty apartment once more.

In the evenings he occasionally drove through the city no particular goal in mind just driving to keep himself busy and there he saw it. An animal shelter, interesting. He thought about it for a few days and came to the conclusion that having cats wouldn't be a bad idea at all he'd just need to prepare and so he did. He read everything he could about cats, bought everything he needed even if he went a little overboard with cat toys. How could he not? There where so many silly options he just had to get them all, after all he could just donate what the cats didn't play with. In the end he ended up adopting two cats that he was told couldn't be separated. He didn't name them, he'd leave that honor to Neil as a welcome gift... he just hoped he wouldn't regret it later. They where shy at first and came with their own sets off issues from previous homes. They bit and hissed trying to set boundaries in their own ways wich Andrew respected the best way he could. The cats quickly took a liking to him and started to approach him on their own for scratches.

The cats made Andrew's apartment more lively, now everytime he got home he got greated by happy purrs and nuzzling against his legs. It felt nice but didn't replace the blue eyed junkie he craved so much. Counting down the days became easier and once Neil's graduation finally came he was there right away to pick him up. His expression didn't reveal much but his hands where itching to pull Neil into a kiss, Neil was there once more. All goodbyes where said, he finally got Neil into their car, he felt whole once more.

"Hope you like cats Junkie."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

Sooo I was at Dokomi yesterday and I wanna tell you about it ... or more my adventures of trying to give aftg cosplayers stickes lol :D

I went with two friends of mine we each cosplayed different characters. I was dressed up as Kevin Day and my friends where Finn from adventure time and a plague doctor.

As mentioned in a previous post i brought aftg fox stickers that I wanted to hand out to aftg cosplayers/ fans. At first we saw absolutely no aftg cosplayers and I got a bit worried that we wouldn't end up seeing any.

We saw a lot of Haikyuu cosplayers in the morning and my friends jokingly started to point them out everytime because "look it's you!". It was a joke they carried through all the 10 hours we where there I didn't mind. I thought it was funny actually.

Soo later when we walked to hall 5 to visit the booth of the amazing artists Hamrikaa and S-hanna-h I turned just a little to talk to my friend and what do I see at the corner of my vision? ... a black jersey with Edgar Allan and a number 2 written on it. I instantly got a mini heart attack when i realized they where walking to the same booth. They unintentionally scared me away from the booth a bit so I stood awkwardly a little to the side with my friends. My friends knew of my mission tho so they more or less pushed me towards them.

I did end up giving them the stickers and holy shit where they nice. They even invited me to a fan meet up wich I sadly couldn't go to because it wasn't at Dokomi and I was with two friends that I couldn't just leave behind. I really really appreciated the invite anyways and of course I got some stuff from the booth. I even gave the artists some stickers.

I ended up finding a few Neils, Jeremys and Kevins that I also gave stickers to. But every Andrew I saw dissappeard as soon as I got the stickers out of my bag. Like huh??? Where did they go?? Is this intentional??? I may never know. There where also a Cheerleader Kevin and Jeremy that I sadly lost in the crowd (._.) I also lost a Riko and a Raven Kevin.

Giving stickers to people got easier the more I did it but the first one will always be in my memory now and that one person that walked to us and asked me where I got my jersey from. They where really really excited when I gave them stickers. I guess I made their day. You get it? :D Because I was Kevin Day... ok I'll stop. (._.)

Anyways.. I'll definitely do this again next year! Even with my anxiety it was lots of fun! ( ・∇・) probably gonna go as Kevin again.
