Quiet conversations like this was sometimes all Lelouch wanted. Having someone–if if it was just Suzaku–It was quite possibly the only thing that kept him from wrapping up his plan early. Pushing himself up so that he was on his hands and knees above Suzaku, he paused to take his features in.

–Before he could say anything, the door clicked open and a head of brown hair peeked in. “Daddy?”

Suzaku is a bit relieved when Clarissa steps in when she did and he looks over to where Lelouch is. Their sons, Yori and Yoichi, had his love’s gorgeous dark hair and bright green eyes similar to Suzaku’s own. Reaching for a nearby robe and tying it shut, Suzaku gets off the bed and walks over to the pair, a small smile on his lips.

That includes trans women, intersex peeps, and cis men who may not have been aware there could be some breast tissue in there. The only way to be sure you don’t have any at all is if you’ve had it all removed. If you’ve had tissue removed for reasons other than cancer, they likely didn’t remove all of it. If you find something weird, regardless of who you are or how you identify, get it checked out.
