Sebastian made out with the mermaid statue. Tongue and everything. Said it “winked first.” Imelda tried to start a mosh pit during “Cauldron Fire,” but it was just her flinging Everett and Leander into chairs. Garreth danced on a table, gave a toast about “liberating the annex,” then fell off the table and yelled, “I’m fine!” from the floor. He was not fine. He had glitter on his teeth. From where? Unknown. Someone put Professor Black’s face on the dummy from Crossed Wands and started throwing chocolate frogs at it like a ritual. I won't say who. (It was me.) We danced until the walls pulsed. We screamed until portraits started swearing back. And when the sun came up, we all stumbled back out into the corridor like ghosts that laughed too loud. Honestly? Best night of my life. – C.A.
