Hi @iamtheremin! Belated Merry Xmas/Happy Holidays!

Your tags inspired me to write my thoughts on this tag game. And I'm hungry, so I've got food on my mind. Ok, this list isn't as bad as it seems. Except number 3.

Pineapple on pizza aka Hawaiian pizza

Pineapple works if it's just ham, pineapple, a little onion, and cheese pizza. That whole sweet/savory thing. We have a couple authentic Italian restaurants in my area that make great pies, pineapple included.

Mint ice cream/mint chocolate

All day long! My ice cream go-to.

Ketchup in Mac'n'Cheese = total abomination! I know people who put ketchup on everything. I don't know what's wrong with their palettes, but whatever it is goes beyond being unrefined.

If I go to the trouble of making proper old-fashioned homemade Mac'n'Cheese and somebody tries to put ketchup on it, I whoop 'em.

Fries dipped in ice cream.

There's that sweet/savory pairing again. The first time I saw this done I was a highschool freshman in 1988. The school cafeteria had a soft serve ice cream machine, and I watched one of my friends grab a couple of fries and dunk them in her chocolate soft serve and thought 'what the fuck?'! I probably said as much, and she said try it, and I'm pretty sure my taste buds heard angels sing for the first time! The crispy, salty French Fry and chocolate soft serve were meant to be together. Wendy's for lunch today?🤔 I think yes!
