Hello, I'm Zephyr. I'm mostly a fandom blog and I don't have a whole lot to say here, but here are a few things about myself.

I'm very shy, but I'll try to interact when I can. There is also a good chance that I won't follow back, but you're still free to interact with me like we're mutuals.

Pronouns are she/her.

I try to keep things PG-13 here, so you won't see a ton of heavy gore or suggestive stuff. I do tag for stuff I think is necessary, but please let me know if anything else needs to be tagged too.

I have a bad habit of repeating myself at times, so I'm sorry in advance.

A lot of my interests center around Nintendo and indie games, so you will see a lot of that here. I'm also really into biology (Zoology in particular) so you'll see me share stuff like that here, too.

My art tag is just "zephyr's artbook", and the tag I use for my ramblings is "zephyr speaks".

In regards to my art, I don't mind if you use it for icons or banners or whatever, all I ask is that you give me credit. Under no circumstances do you have permission to use my art for AI

looking for animal references on image searches has always kind of sucked but it's much worse after AI image generation technology has begun to actually past muster, which is why i always just go straight to inaturalist. can't recommend this highly enough. you get to both find out about niche species you've never even heard of and also see some really good photographs like this one

Hey uhh how does the hivemind with Dark Matter work? Like once the Zero dies, What then? Mainly asking since I use your headcanons for writing Dark Matter for Kirby stuff

So basically, all the Dark Matter in Zero's colony are (supposed to be) connected to Zero. They might have a few individual traits, but for the most part Zero can see and hear everything his Dark Matter can. Likewise, each sibling is able to see and hear everything that the rest of the colony can. Dark Matter that leave the colony can sever the connection between themself and Zero, but doing so is probably one of the most painful things a Dark Matter can do. Gooey and Blade are exceptions of course because they were never connected to the hivemind to begin with.

ANYWAY, after Zero dies in DL3 that severed all connection between him and all of the other Dark Matter in the colony. In other words, every Dark Matter gets the worst headache imaginable.

With 02, there's no hivemind. All Dark Matter are basically their own people at that point (though there's still plenty that are loyal to him).

So yeah, hopefully that answers your question. Also, I'm glad that you like my Dark Matter stuff enough to ask about it.

Goddamit i hate this fucking post. I hate it because obviously if “twelve” followed the same pattern as the other teen numbers it wouldn’t be “twoteen” it would be “seconteen”. Think about it. It’s not “threeteen” it’s “thirteen” as in “third”. It’s not “fiveteen” it’s “fifteen” as in fifth. So with that in mind, you count “first, second, third, fourth, fifth,” and so on, so eleven would be “firsteen” and twelve would be “secondteen” or “seconteen”. “Firsteen, seconteen, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen….” It just drives me absolutely mad everytime i see this post that this obvious pattern was overlooked and i cant hold in my rage anymore.
