Cane
No she had absolutely no recollection of last night. Absolutely none. She just woke up with short black wig on and a VERY hazy memory of one of her elites snickering as they handed her a mug of hot cocoa with an oddly colored candy cane in it.
She was honestly scared to leave her office now.
Legendary
Whoever spread that rumor that Cynthia was boring, was lying.
Sure it looked like she was boring on the outside, but when she was out with her friends, all hell could and would break loose. Of course she'd never let her friends do something horrible so let's leave this to one's imaginations.
She could recall a game of truth or dare, a saddle and a dialga statue.
Hopefully her friend would forgive her for taking a picture.
Shout
It wasn't a secret how wild Cynthia sometimes got when she was out partying with her friends. Tonight she went out partying with her favorite flaming afro boy and ended up drunk off her butt, singing glee songs as her fiery elite carried her to a near by park with one hand, and a bottle of jack in the other.
Now, she couldn't remember whose idea it was. But for some odd reason, they thought it'd be funny to scream gibberish at random couples.
She also remembered someone punching Flint in the face, but she had hoped that was an alcohol induced hallucination because she can barely remember getting home, let alone the stuff the actually did last night.
Oh yes, just another bonding session.
Not Again (Open)
It was a quiet day in Cerulean. But, it was always a quiet day when it was raining outside. The city just seemed to stop and enjoy it.
On Route 25, the soft pitter-patter of the rain on the roof was enjoyed as well, his hoard of Eevee in the cottage intently letting the sound relax them. Bill wasn’t paying much attention to it himself. Once again he was tinkering away, this time on a teleporter that was giving him trouble.
"I I can just adjust the radiant and the circuitry broadcast then maybe it can send the Pokemon to other teleporters…" He was muttering, inside one fiddling with the circuitry as his loyal Rattata waited patiently in the other teleporter. The mouse was quite fond of teleporting, which was why he didn’t mind Bill using him.
Outside of the teleporter, one of the younger Eevees had grown bored with the rain and had began sniffing curiously around the controls of the teleporter.
"There! I got it!" Bill exclaimed triumphantly as the thing whirred to life and a button lit up on the control panel. A botton that caught the eye of the curious Eevee, who pressed it with her paw.
The door to both teleporters swung shut. “That ain’t a good sound…” Bill said as he tried to open it. However, it was shut tight, and he was only able to mutter “Aw dang it.” When a flash of light came.
The noise of the teleporter a died down and both doors open. One was empty while the other held something quite odd.
"Oh double dang!" Bill exclaimed as he jumped out of the teleporter and inspected himself. Not only was he still in the sea cottage, but he had ears, long front teeth, whiskers, paws and a tail! "Not again…" He muttered, then glared at the Eevee that had pushed the button, who quickly ran to hide with the others.
"I s’ppose I can call somebody fer help…" Bill muttered. However, then there was a knock on the door, and it began to open.
Bill grinned, running to his visitor, “Perfect timin’! Ya gotta help me out!”
Was it weird that the champion decided to hunt down one of the SMARTEST men in Kanto for no apparent reason other than to actually meet him? Of course not right?
She had always been a fan of his work. It wasn't something that she made apparent at the risk of bad rumors starting and her ruining his perfectly quiet life, but she did have a great admiration for the man. So when someone had tipped her off as to where she could find him, she jumped at the chance.
It didn't take a while to find the house, but finding what was inside...well...
"Excuse me? I'm looking for--oh dear..."
Catching Something New || Aaron and Cynthia
"Sweetie, take a breath, relax. I’m not dead nor am I dying yet."
Cynthia’s words got through to him, Aaron doing as she said and inhaling a deep breath. After a second he exhaled again, feeling himself beginning to settle down. He grinned awkwardly at her, knowing that he couldn’t help but worry about others, especially if he felt like he was at fault.
"I’m glad to hear that." Aaron replied, before frowning a little at the Sinnoh champion. "How come you’re in Kanto anyway? I come here sometimes to help out aspiring bug trainers."
"I come here to get away."
That was half a lie. She came here to continue her legendary research and have a nice quiet place to concentrate on the things she could do while she was back at the league . But she didn't want him to think of her as this crazy workaholic, that'd be horrible.
"I was on my way to the league to surprise some old friends and thought I'd pass through here just for kicks."
Break Time [we open]
Lance smiled at Cynthia, blushing slightly at the kiss on the cheek, and sat down next to her, “That’s alright. And thank you.” He took a macaroon, biting into it. “How’s being Sinnoh champion treating you?”
The champion took a nice long sip of her tea. So began the portion of the day when greetings turn into small talk. She just wasn't sure what to say once that part was over.
"I'd say stressful, but I think that bit was written somewhere in the job description."
Lucky for her, Garchomp didn't recognize Lance and mistook him as a threat to her partner. The dragon immediately made her way to her partner's side and snarled at the other champion, making the blonde hold back a laugh. She recalled reading somewhere that Lance had a special way with dragons, so this should be interesting.
Better than boring old small talk anyway.
Cynthia x Lance
Cynthia:...again, also an very interesting thought
Mun:...also in my top 10;;;

Ask about a pairing (does not have to include my muse or yours) and both the muse and mun will tell you what they think of it
My character has no recollection of the night prior. Send me a single word and they will have a hazy memory of an event involving it.
Help them piece the crazy and abnormal night back together.
Feed my muse terrible lies and try to convince them it's true. Confuse and torment them.
Catching Something New || Aaron and Cynthia
Aaron could feel the blood starting to drain from his face as he heard the voice, his ashen expression becoming fixed as he looked up to see his suspicions confirmed. Cynthia gave him an unimpressed look, wiping a few spots of dirt off her clothes.
"Sweet heart, I know the clips make me look like one of the Eevees, but you of all people should be able to tell me apart."
"Oh man, I’m really sorry Cynthia." he said, getting to his feet and still feeling highly embarrassed. He took a step forward, worried that he may have accidentally hurt her. She seemed okay, but it didn’t stop him feeling guilty. "Are you alright?" Aaron asked, holding out a hand in reconciliation. "Do you want to see a doctor? How about some ice cream? My treat!"
She thought it was adorable how worried he was. As the youngest of her elites, she was usually the one who'd get a little over protective of him, so seeing this melted her heart a little.
Of course she didn't have the heart to tell him she actually had a scrape on her elbow. It stung but it was one of those injuries that you could easily forget about because it'd close up in a few minutes.
"Sweetie, take a breath, relax. I'm not dead nor am I dying yet."
Break Time [we open]
Steven may just be the exact opposite of what Cynthia’s mood was like; he was feeling more alive than ever spending time on vacation from Devon and the whole excavation business. It was certainly a wonderful time to be himself.
As the cold weather was creeping in, Steven wasn’t caught in his usual attire of a fancy ass suit, but a more casual attire of a thick overcoat with a hood that had fur on it, but still sporting the suit pants… considering that’s all the kinds of pants he owns. Seriously, imagine his selection; suit pants or suit pants. OH THE ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES!
…That ridiculous tangent aside, Steven also was taking a stroll through the park, the cold air giving his lungs a fresh and well needed relief from the usual city air. His trusted Pokémon, Metagross walked by his side also, enjoying the time out of his Pokéball. As they traversed down the path before them, who else to catch his eye but the esteemed champion of Sinnoh, Cynthia. It’s been years since the two last saw eachother! Walking at a quicker pace, Steven called with a goofy smile on him while waving his arm to get her attention.
"Hey, Cynthia! Remember me, stranger? How’ve you been?"
"Hmm?"
Cynthia found it hard to believe that Steven was here. She could hear his voice but she knew about his family company and how he was going to inherit it soon. So she assumed the man didn't have the time to travel to a place as far as her region.
But there he was, that goofy smile plastered on his lips...she couldn't believe it.
"S-Steven?"
Catching Something New || Open
A rustling of fallen leaves told Aaron that something was approaching, the Elite scurrying into a nearby bush to avoid being detected. He was in Viridian Forest today, having decided that he wanted to help out some other aspiring bug trainers by finding them some pokemon to raise. Bug catchers seemed to be something of a joke to other trainers, and being a bug specialist himself it made Aaron determined to prove them wrong.
Catching them in a poke ball was out of the question. Over the years of being a bug trainer, Aaron knew that quick growth tended to result in a fast bond between trainer and bug pokemon, so he needed to grab the pokemon without battling it. The next step was to calm the pokemon down, and then take it to the aspiring trainer so that they could get to know one another. He remembered fondly that it was the same way when he had first met Beautifly, and even though he sincerely regretted abandoning her he would forever be grateful for the bond that reunited them.
The rustling was drawing closer, the Elite keeping perfectly silent until the right time. Practice told him that the pokemon had come to a stop just outside of where he was hiding.
Perfect.
"Gotcha!" he yelled, pouncing out of the bush in a low tackle. It was only when his face was a foot from the pair of legs that he realised his mistake, and by then it was too late to stop. Aaron’s face smacked into the person’s shin, causing them to fall over while he face planted into their legs, the rest of his body landing heavily on the ground.
"I’m so sorry for tackling you!" Aaron said, getting to his knees and bowing apologetically to the person as they got back to their feet. "I thought you were a pokemon!"
Well this is awkward.
"Sweet heart, I know the clips make me look like one of the eevees, but you of all people should be able to tell me apart."
The champion dusted off the dirt spots on her black coat. Lucky for him, she didn't land on anything sharp or smelly.
Cynthia was just passing by, enjoying her free time in Johto before she heads back to her "hideout" in Sinjoh to continue her research. Most of the Sinnoh league employees would wonder where she'd run off to during season breaks and she'd usually disappear before anyone could ask her.

Magnets, How Do They Work?! || WE Open
The smell of the water and residue fills ones lungs as they would travel through Chargestone Cave, and would make your hairs stand on end through the strange and almost magical properties brought about by the large, electrified rocks that glow blue due to the electricity. The place seems like a huge deathtrap! Yet somehow, trainers from all over Unova come to train here and in this particular case, a former-champion stood working in the calcified caverns.
Steven, as nearly everyone in the world knows, is a lover of rocks and stones alike. It wouldn’t surprise anyone that he’d be in the Cave looking to collect rare samples for himself! It was mainly the magnetic and electrical qualities that dumbfounded him, and sent his urge to have a sampling of one of these beauties for himself
The silver-haired man walked through the cave with his Metagross by his side, in case something or someone happened to leap out and attack them. Everything seemed to be going swimmingly in the search to find a proper piece of the rock, until a noise was heard from behind the two of them. Steven reacted far too quickly, whipping around and signaling his Metagross to action. Before any initial attack, he calls out into the inky dark in case it may be a friendly.
“Who’s there? Show yourself!”
"You know, as much as I want to, I can't."
Oh great. Well as if her situation wasn't embarrassing enough, Steven had to turn up.
Just like her darling friend Steven, Cynthia was also known for disappearing and turning up in random caves at random times, and so there were times when they'd bump into each other. Those moments happened so often that she could recognize his voice a mile away in the dark.
But of all the times for him to turn up...
The champion went into chargestone, not only to hunt down possible archeological finds, but to try and pick up some samples for the heck of it.
Of course, she also chose today, of all days, to wear a belt with a metal buckle that could easily be magnetized. Long story short, she was stuck to a rock.
"Help?"
