So I had a very bad fever recently and was having trouble sleeping, waking up in the middle of the night and all that.

The thing is, sometimes when im having trouble sleeping, I will open my notes app and write some weird shit down. I didn't remember writing anything, but I remember having a very intense dream that I cant really recall the narrative and in the dream I knew there had been a cool line at some point. Than I decided to check my notes to see if I had written anything down and

This is what I found. What does this even mean???? What was I dreaming??? I only remember waking up and checking my phone at some point then going back to sleep, but I really cant remember the context and im so mad

I started listening to Magnus archives a while back and I just started the fourth season and let me tell you im freaking just a little bit

just the storytelling, the way they link things from the very beginning, how they build up certain reveals

stuff from season 1 still coming up strong, like that fucking coffin I was terrified of (im a little claustrophobic) and fucking beacon and hopes, and the 14 fears? everything about this podcast amazes me

I haven’t finished the third episode of Calamity yet, but something just struck me really hard, so I’m calling it now (keep in mind I don’t know any cr lore):

The Tree of Names is a connection to other planes. Laeryn’s been messing with this idea for a while, and she might not know about the tree, but maybe Evandrin got vooshed into, I don’t know, the celestial plane and she had something to do with it. So the disappearance of the First Knight of Avalir is a big thing right? How did it not go super public? Loquatious Fucking Seelie, that’s how. The reporter that got fired got too close to the truth, so he got rid of her. He burned the files she had on the case, he got rid of any connection Laeryn could possibly ever have to Evandrin’s vanishing. I mean, this was probably very obvious from the beginning and I just didn’t pay enough attention, but the devils spitting blood when the energy to the Arboreal Caelix was cut and Evandrin being touched by the Tree and spitting blood as well… maybe the tree allows creatures from other planes to exist in the material plane if they are not supposed to? Maybe the tree holds the names of creatures like some fey stuff with names and power that I don’t know enough to talk about? Maybe this is all about Laeryn’s Big Guilt Trip To The Celestial Plane To Rescue My Friend’s Husband That I Accidentally Banished? Who knows!

Also, Laeryn and Loquatious actively being a divorced couple is so funny to me, I don’t think any character dynamic can top what they created

Anyway, my prediction is Laeryn Does Big Confession, Zerxus feels super betrayed, Loquatious in the background going “why would you tell them that after evERYTHING I DID TO HIDE IT?!” And EVERYONE ELSE going nuts about it.
