Hello friends and fellow Tumblr Taylor fans!!!

I have done a couple of fandom tournaments before and recently I have been thinking a lot about Taylor Swift's (huge) catalogue of music videos and I thought it would be fun to find out what is the Tumblr fandom's favourite Taylor music video!!!

So by my count (and according the Wikipedia) Taylor has been in some way featured in 68* music videos which is just 4 two many for a bracket so we need to do a knockout round!!!

it’s starting to feel like people can’t believe that you can be a super social, outgoing, fun person without drugs / I think you're on to something here, and I kind of can understand younger generations' social anxiety between formative school years lost to the pandemic and growing up in a time where at any moment you could be being watched and recorded and put on the internet, when you're not performing for social media yourself and learning to perceive yourself entirely through how hundreds of strangers might interpret you... I really can't imagine.

But this made me think of a tweet I saw once of a millennial-ish guy with younger siblings saying they don't go out on weekends or party or ever have plans, they're online judging other people's lives instead of living their own. Which is something I'd often thought about relative to the moral superiority you often see preached online - it's very easy to have apparently never done anything wrong in your life if you never put yourself in a position where you might, because you're too afraid to take chances. My personal brand of anxiety leans towards avoidant, so I can relate to some extent, but it's just SO unhealthy to your growth as a person, self-esteem, ability to function in interpersonal dynamics - and to get back on topic, ability to really understand that your own perspective and experience are not universal and differences often aren't moral failings to be regarded with suspicion and contempt.

Sorry to ramble in your inbox, it's just an interesting topic to me that I've been trying to understand over the past few years.
