Sometimes I feel out of place

Is advice I’ve seen countless times.

Is it really that unusual to be attracted to older men? Am I alone in this boat?

A few weeks ago, The Mr. And I had our first hotel meet. And it was wonderful. Without exaggerating. I’ve been hesitant to share about it because I feel like I should be saying it was awful and he was gross but quite the opposite took place. And the hotel was nothing to write home about. (My fault I had to make an appointment that day so our options were slim)

I pulled up to the building and sat in my car for at least 10 minutes, mustering up the courage to get out. Courage successfully mustered enough, I stood, looking up at the room windows and thought “I wonder which one he’s in”. Turns out none of them cause my stupid nervous ass parked on the totally wrong side of the building. After locating the actual entrance (nothing like a good blonde moment to boost the confidence) I attempted to make my way through the lobby to the elevators. Sunglasses on. Playing make-believe I knew what I was doing.

Thank god the woman at the front desk didn’t try to talk to me. I probably would have puked on her, creating a nice escape tactic.

I made my way don’t the hall to our room. Which classically felt like a 58 mile trail through the woods, getting longer as I went along. I met the door. Of course it was at the very end of the hall. “He would” I thought to myself as I knocked. He joked in the emails leading up to this, that I needed to use the secret knock to signal my arrival. I called him a turd.

I held my breath as he opened the door. “That was a convincing knock” he smiled. Visibly nervous. Both of us. We made nervous chatter just like in the car on our second date as he walked me to the un poured bottle of champagne. Two tiny plastic cups, which we had a little giggle about after he apologized. I was happy he waited to pour till I got there. We did the cheers “you didn’t put anything in it, did you?” I had to ask, I couldn’t help myself. “I’ve come to terms with the fact you’re never going to trust me” he looked down with such a sweet smile of slight disappointment.

He sat in the chair next to the bed. I sat on the end of the bed. Both. Still. So. Nervous. As we talked about the business he’s helping me with. “So I have terrible news” I said as I flopped backwards on the bed “I started my period this morning” I leaned up to look at his reaction. I SWEAR TO BABY JESUS you could see the nervous tension leave this mans body LMAO. It was almost a relief. He looked up and sighed. “This morning?” He looked almost happy “It’s ok I’m just glad to have you alone”. I was relieved too. We did some more talking that was RELAXED this time and I said “just so you know, I’m not opposed to messing around regardless” the talking stopped and he cheerfully climbed on top of me. I’ll spare you some of the details that followed and give you the note worthy ones.

We would get all frisky and then he would just stop me and hold me. It caught me off guard every time I swear. I’m sure some of you reading this are like “that just sounds awful” which I don’t blame you but I’ve never had anything like that. It was like he would get close to cumming and didn’t want it to end yet so he would stop me. AND IM SO NOT USED TO THAT. During one of the cuddle breaks while I fucking laid on his chest, he said something that literally melted my insides “You know, I don’t even have to be fucking you to want to spend time with you” with the sweetest smile and just held me tight. Like what?

AND THATS THE THING. HE DIDNT WANT TO FUCK ON MY PERIOD. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. I ONLY GOT TO GIVE HIM HEAD. Which Id like to give myself credit for, cause when he finished I asked “how ya feelin?” His reply was as priceless as the dazed, glazed grin on his face “call the ambulance” 😂😂

Through all this though, I just feel like such a weirdo enjoying this being with an older man thing. Like his chest hair is partly gray and it was so hot. I finally convinced him to show me his reading glasses and he looked A FUCKING MAZING. Is there something wrong with me?

Analyse everything

It’s easier to filter out the cheap men than it is to filter in the rich. But an analytical eye goes a long way. i.e, does the photo look like it is taken in a cheap car? is the paint chipped on the wall? What does the venue of his dinner pic look like? Does the picture of him look like a “hey mum look, it’s me, in a cheesy expensive suit I rented for the day, to go to this event that I can only afford to go to, once every two years … that’s if I manage to scam my way in” or does it look like “well, this is just another nice night out for me” pic. You can take the intell you gathered from his photos, along with the info in his bio, added to the details you gained from inquiring about said photos, to determine if he can make contributions towards your lifestyle.

Of course, it goes without saying that there are exceptions. One of the richest guys I’ve met on tinder had some mediocre pics and while sipping endless luxury cocktails in mayfair, he asked me ‘why’ i ‘swiped right’…, I made sure I didn’t tell him that it was accidental.

Doesn’t hate on girls for not being “classy” or who don’t “know their worth” (or use those phrases in general to bring down other babies)

Understands that the experience of a choice sex worker and a survival sex worker are very different.

Understands that especially if you’re a girl who has the choice to leave sex work whenever you want, are only doing this to have a more glamorous life, or for luxury items (yes I’ve seen girls act superior for only doing this for luxury items and snub girls who do it who need the money), you have certain privileges many in the bowl, and in sex work don’t have.

Understands that some girls enter the bowl to pay for diapers, medical bills, or just to feed their families.

Understands that some women don’t have the luxury to wait around for an allowance YOU deem acceptable because of the above reasons.

Understands that some women have to take allowances lower than what you would ever accept because they aren’t conventionally attractive (and don’t have the money to make themselves more “attractive”), are plus size, are transgender, have lots of tattoos that hurt their money, are visibly disabled, are autistic/have learning disabilities, speech impediments, or are WOC*, including immigrants with thick accents, or are undocumented and therefor can not always be as choosy.

Doesn’t hate on escorts who aren’t high end or mid range. A lot of SB’s I’ve seen don’t understand how the above intersections can make escorting just as difficult, as well as the fact that if you’re hours away from a major city or middle class suberb the rates in general are MUCH lower. It doesn’t matter if a girl charges $200 or less an hour, or does $40 15 min. quickies, you have no right to judge her. If anything low end escorts need more love and support since LE doesn’t target high end as often, they can’t properly screen like mid range, and even other sex workers shit on them, feminists talk over them since they’re considered the “victims”, not even going into society as a whole.

Understands that your rate/allowance, pay per meet is not your actual “worth” since I continually see “know your worth”. It is simply the amount of money that you are able to make, whether it’s from good genes, skill, or proper marketing.

*You can still of course, get high allowances with any of these things (some of the top sb’s I’ve seen are black or plus size), but from what I’ve seen they’re usually drop dead gorgeous and the above things do work against you often times.
