Tom knelt on the cold tile floor and reached for the stack of thin towels folded on the shelf beside the sink. He ran the water until it was warm enough to be useful without being scalding, soaked one of the towels, and wrung it out hard enough to make his hands ache. The towel was rough against his palms, abrasive, and when he brought it to Pete’s face, Pete flinched.

“Hold still.” Tom’s voice was low, stripped of inflection. His free hand cupped the back of Pete’s head, fingers threading into hair damp with sweat. The contact was more intimate than anything they had shared since the severance, but he did not pull away.

i cannot say enough about this fic, it’s one of favorites ever and the final chapter hasn’t even come out yet. i do want to note that ice is described in the fic as having dark hair, my interpretation of that is that this ice is so repressed he doesn’t bleach his hair, so i did try to color it darker and have it still be recognizable idk.

anyway this fic is fucking. it’s beautiful ok, it’s tragic and stressful and boils me and i love it a lot. please read it.

one of the best things about wincest is how versatile their relationship is. we got "normal" wincest (NOTHING about them is normal), gencest, weirdcest, weecest, swesson, "french mistake" j2, normal j2, biblical wincest (cain and abel), dean!michael/lucifer!sam, samifer/post apocalyptic au dean, demon!dean/soulless!sam, wincestiel, etc etc. i love being a wincestie because i know I'll never get bored of them.

Hey Tumblr where my teachers at?

Don’t say where obviously because like, lol, oh goodness. But just curious, I saw a post a while ago that the younger side of the fandom doesn’t realize that we, your teachers, are participants in the community. The little lady, cute guy, or if you are super progressive your other gender identifying teacher could go home to a secret world of fandom. Look for signs. I swear half of what I talk to young people about is Marvel, right away you can get just about any child talking to you about who their favorite character is or what their theory is about the next movie. It’s pretty cool. Fandom unites us across generations! And maybe someday if they grow up to be very strange adults they will enjoy my writing! Ha! 

I’m a substitute teacher of kids from kindergarten to middle school. I have seen some things.
