It’s quite sad that I feel like I have to always assume a Musical!BTJ fan is an anti and that I can never open up to them. It seems like theatre babes are quite rare, and I’d like to get to know some more. I’d like to restore at least some of my faith in the theatre part of the BTJ fandom, even if not all of it. I just want all of us to get along and spread positivity. So, any musical babes out there?

Dusting off the old cobwebs to say; unless you are the creator you have no power over someone else's work. Be that input on their stories, their art, or their ship preferences. With Broadway returning and our favorite degenerate returning to stage I know there's going to be a resurgence so I'm going to say this now;

I, not any other creator, owe anyone anything.

If someone prefers to draw moviejuice, don't tell them they'd be more popular drawing the juice of the month

If someone ships Beej/Lydia I guarantee you no amount of false flag virtue signaling woke bs diatribes or harassment will cause them to stop. And I've seen more antis become shippers over the past few years than the other way round

No matter what someone ships, if they provide content for you of ANY KIND it is not okay to nitpick in order to jerk off your own ego. The beauty of da content is that I make the rules, and I can do whatever I want. I don't care how people see musical Lydia, I write her how I see her. Artists don't care how you see their beejs, their lydias, their ocs. It's their house, their art, their content, their rules.

And for the love of god will some of you learn to blacklist tags? You'd save yourself a bunch of trouble by doing so.
