Hi guys, ladywinde here. My brother suffered a terrible traffic accident Friday May 8th, in Galveston, TX which resulted in his jaw being severely injured. His jaw bone itself had three fractures, one on the right, and one on each side of his chin.  Unfortunately the surgeons were unable to reconnect the shattered left side of his jaw, however they were able to reconnect the right side which will now support the entire jaw.

 David lost his job at the local grocery store due to his new hire status and the store being unable to hold his position until David is able to work again.  We estimate the costs of David’s medical bills (which include hospital stay, reconstructive surgery, medications, and extensive dental reparations) will be about $100,000. My sister and I set up a GOFUNDME account so that he may have what he needs in order to cover his medical bills.  If you could please share or reblog this it would mean the world to me and my family. Mamoru Kishi - Kissed by the Baddest Bidder by ladywinde

This is my second submission for the Kissed by the Baddest Bidder fan art contest. Hopefully finished in time for the deadline which they extended to 9/7! *fingers crossed* This is Mamoru Kishi and he’s my favorite route in that game. Drawn and colored in Photoshop CS6. I hope Voltage Inc has more of these contests as it’s been a while since I’ve felt so motivated to participate. Hope you guys like it!

Eisuke and MC - Kissed by the Baddest Bidder by ladywinde

Voltage Inc is holding a fan art contest for their game “Kissed by the Baddest Bidder” and this was my submission. I wish I had more time to polish it up but I have a mountain of homework that is due tomorrow and won’t have time to work on this more before the deadline ends. Certainly things I could work on (damn you anatomy!) Winning the contest just means your picture will be shown on a flash page in the game for a brief period of time. No money is won. It was fun to work on.

Done by the spur of the moment. If you’ve read the “A Song of Ice and Fire” books you should be familiar with the name. As far as The Game of Thrones show goes… maybe next season. T_T Wish I had more time to work on this but happy with how it came out. :)

Marie Antoinette French Stamp by *ladywinde

Hello! Finally able to upload this! I just turned this into my history class. We had to pick a topic from the syllabus and design a stamp for it. I chose the French Revolution and picked Marie Antoinette for the subject to be displayed. I wanted a sense of irony. Obviously with the tricolor flag in the background the doomed queen shouldn’t be looking so calm, beautiful and alive. I lack the experience to paint gore so I went with the symbolism of the red choker to symbolize her decapitation. I got the idea for the red choker from one of the openings to Nip/Tuck (it’s an awesome opening sequence if you haven’t seen it). The red rubies along the choker is supposed to symbolize blood. I used a French stamp as a reference for what proper verbiage should be displayed. I apologize if any errors remain.

I would have loved to have had more time to paint more rubies cascading down but I simply didn’t have enough time to do so due to working fulltime and going to school full time. I’m surprised I’m still sane. Anyways! I hope you like it!

Couldn’t sleep and doodled up my RP character for The World of Darkness setting, Camilla Winde (lulz I am the worst with names). Since this is an original char and I liked how this came out I have this set up as a print for those interested. Anyways hope you guys like this. :)

Sansa Stark is slowly coming along. Redid the face, added all base colors, and have almost finished a hand. Wheee progress. This is one WIP I do not want to abandon. I must finish this. Any who wanted to share my progress.

So I broke down and started to subscribe to Creative Cloud and downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS6. I downloaded Sakimichan’s brushes (you can get them here:  http://sakimichan.deviantart.com/art/Photoshop-Brushes-343664542 ) too and started to go to town. This is the original sketch of Lady Sansa I uploaded earlier here: http://ladywinde.deviantart.com/art/Lady-Sansa-359213514 that I’m working on. While working on it I was looking at the picture saki has on the brush page linked earlier as a reference to experiment on which brushes were being used and how. Lots of switching! This will probably be a long process so just thought I’d share this. Super, super excited. Face is the only thing that has any details now. Everything else just has one flat color. We’ll see how this turns out.

Practicing Some Biotics by *ladywinde

Doodle for the day I promises an Anon on Tumblr. Didn’t feel like drawing armor or clothes so went for the ol’ Kaidan in a towel. I’d like to think he’s about to hop into the shower but looks at a mirror, looks side to side, and practices being a bad ass biotic. And yes, I can totally see him turning off the lights too in order to enjoy the illuminating effects of biotics. Anyways, here’s to you anon. Thanks for the suggestion. It’s been a bit since I’ve drawn a Kaidan. Enjoy.

Another scan from my sketchbook. The world is ending. Ha! I’m thinking I like my sketches more than the doodles I do on the tablet. Definitely prefer coloring via Adobe/Paint tool SAI though. Anyways… After watching the latest episode of The Walking Dead, Prey, I sketched this out. I really liked Andrea’s outfit and it was cool she was sporting her trademark pony tail from the comics. Plan on coloring this later. Can’t wait to find out what happens to this character later. Hope you guys like this

Lady Sansa by *ladywinde

Lady Sansa Stark from Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire. Had been sketching her for a couple of weeks, only working on it for about a half hour here and there when I wasn’t sleepy. Really happy with how she turned out. Wish my scanner was large enough so I do apologize for the break in her skirts. It’s been a long time since I’ve uploaded something from my sketchbooks since I recieved my tablet so I thought this would be nice for a change of pace. Plan on coloring this when I have the time but thought I’d share this while I could. Adore this character, despite the ill first impressions I had of her, but as I’ve said before she has definitely grown on me over the course of the book series. Hope you like it.

Finally the “A” character, Aya Brea from the Parasite Eve game series, is finished! Thanks for stopping by and watch me work on this while I livestreamed. :) There weren't any suggestions yet for a character that starts with the letter "B" but there's plenty of time for that later.

Used a glock picture for reference but stuff is still off. Still not too shabby for a first time. I'll livestream again some time later (to be announced) to complete this.
