for what it's worth their page on archives of nethys is a quite a bit outdated since they were subject to a lot of rework between release and player core 2 but they're up to date on wanderer's guide i think

So I was reading up on it, and her mystery that she had was bones, and it now fits her even more with the curse. Also, with how it looks, I can even play her in Pathfinders Society, which, if I remember correctly, I couldn't in 1. She was my first ever ttrpg character and I love her so much. I last heard about and played pf2 when It first came out and thought she was locked away forever.

BONES BONES BONES LET ME SEE YOUR BONES

She was a character that I had made for a campaign that used Norse gods instead of the Pathfinder gods and knew nothing on norse mythos due to being in a religious household. I chose Hel because I wanted to not play a healer due to in mmorpgs, that what I always played and chose the bones so if needed there was light healing but mostly horror based attacks. Due to it was my first time playing, I was able to use pfsrd as openly as possible without spending points that you got from playing and talking (dm thing I rather enjoyed and would like using later on). She and Lunum (my then boyfriend now husbands character) became a semi chaotic neutral crew of the 5 person team and she healed more than our cleric did cause said cleric ran away from danger while Naranna went lemme see my god to kick her ass. (She was not happy with her powers due to every group she had of the members died or left her as a bad Omen.) I was working a lot at the time and so I had a ghost take her when I went to work as a way to omit her from the team but come back with her levels I had to write a story of how she embraced her mystery. She loved her pet owl and later her psychopomps (her summons). She learned that the crew she was with gamewise could hold their own better than her other group mates and started embracing her powers more and more. (I was edgy 18 year old)

the campaign is set in the City from project moon's games! it hasn't actually started yet but i am very excited

hye-seong's mystery is that of cosmos and their powers come from the mysterious stars beyond the outskirts. dont worry about it : )

the setting has megacorps that govern the city, called the Wings, and they're viewed in a vaguely religious light, with people swearing by it and such. their parents both work for the head, city's central governing body and leading megacorporation. one of them could be described as maybe the closest thing to an angel in the city, at least in me and my friends' opinions. the other one could also be likened to an angel, but has less of the aesthetics imo. anyways that's my justification for making them an aasimar nephilim :]

their backstory is a bit of a mystery (no pun intended (or is it)) due to the . mysterious nature of the head and i intend to stay coy with my friends who can read this post but it is known that they were previously employed under the head until they were forced to leave by their influential mother for… whatever reason. they were found and basically adopted by my friend's healer alchemist character who is a kindly older lady :] anyways slaps roof of cat this thing can fit so much parental trauma in them. this whole thing is inspired by listening obsessively to CONTROL BABY by jhariah btw

That's why it's so cleansing after being in so many toxic fandoms. Like yes you have your rules lawyers and toxic players but you also get those great stories that you can tell others about or just make it a little story that only you and your players know without having to make sure that it's Canon or out of character in the Fandom. (it's your character if they wanna shove cheese in their mouth during the nightwatch let them)
