🌱 about me & my critters

Hi, I'm Laney! I absolutely adore all of the amazing creatures inhabiting this planet, and therefore have started keeping all types of critters in the past few years.

This includes mantids, desert beetles, a tarantula, isopods, and two crested geckos. Of course, this list is expanding with every exotics expo at which I make irresponsible financial decisions <3

I love chatting about critters, mine or other people's, so feel free to dm me!

I also have special interests in evolutionary biology and ecology, and I'm a writer in my free time. I may occasionally post pics of my other pets, as well, especially my English springer spaniel, Persephone <3

Heather may be adorable and laid-back, but she basically caught these poor crickets as I dropped them in like a dog begging for table scraps lol
