Today we say good bye to our favorite teacher, Maam Rustine Rose Buctuan :(( To me, she was the best teacher and we will really miss her. Thank you for all the lessons in school and in life. WE WILL MISS U MAAM RUSTINE!!!
Day 4
Day 4 (February 28, 2018)
Today we played a game of flipquiz in our Emp Tech class and we had a lot of fun. After playing flipquiz with our groupmates, we played another game in kahoot individually where there are questions you have to answer correctly in order to gain points. It was a worthwhile experience knowing that it may be the last time we go inside the complab on our e tech time. (It really melts my heart whenever I see Sir Francis smile!)

Day 3 (February 26, 2018)
Today is our third meeting with the group. We made a concept of the poster we will be using for the social campaign regarding investment awareness. We had a mini oral defense in regards to the social media platform we are going to use and our website.

Day 2
Day 2 (February 22, 2018)
We had our second meeting today with our new group mates. Sir Francis asked us to research about 21st century skills. He also added a task to research on how we can apply the 21st century skills into our very own work. Different blogs and website creators must also be a topic to be searched, as well as to make a compare and contrast on its features. A consultation lead by Sir Francis happened after that with regards to the website creator we will be using for our chosen topic and most especially on how we can properly present it to social media.

February 19, 2018 marked the first meeting of our group for the E-tech subject requirement. We were given the topic of “Eco-friendly products” and we needed to research its certain problems and corresponding solutions. I have known from the start that this subject was never easy. But at this time around, it will be more difficult from before. I really hope that I, together with my group, will get all through this and I hope we will reach the end successfully together. I am hoping for the best. May the love of God be with us always.
Today is the first day that Sir Francis Calas our Empowerment Technology teacher introduce us the things we’re going to do this finals. The good news is that there will be no more quizzes, oral and exam. I was really relieved because there are already 2-3 subjects that doesn’t have final exam but they do have final Performance Task but those PT’s will not be easy of course. The bad news then is that it will certainly not going to be easy. I even imagine that in doing this final task I will soon be selling lots of eye bags and there will be bucket full of tears. Since this is by group, me and my group mates started already discussing about our topic. When we were done brainstorming we slowly started to write details of what are the possible problem related or can be found in our topic. When our period ended already it feels like I am already drained. I thought that at least I can now rest since it will be just more on research but it feels more like I am dying. I even keep on saying “why research is lifest?” But anyway since it’s already been decided then I guess all I can do now is pray for the guidance and knowledge bestowed by the Lord and of course to do my very best to make this a success. This will be the ultimate checklist for after succeeding in this I will be graduating with flying colors.
First Group Meeting for Empowerment Technology Final Performance Tasks
Monday, February 19, 2018, on our Empowerment Technology class with Mr. Francis Albert Calas, we have met with our group to discuss and plan on our performance task for finals. The group consists of (from left to right) me, Menchie, Vanessa, Karen, Rizel, Miguel, Radielyn (not in the picture), Jeremy (not in the picture), Andrian (not in the picture), and Althea (not in the picture).
In the first day of meeting as a group we have discussed the topic which we will be working on throughout the finals and assigned responsibility to each member for us to have a collaborative output in this task.

Day 1
Day 1 (February 19, 2018) (Late post)
Yesterday was a fresh and new start for us. Sir Francis, our teacher, was able to split us into groups. He gave instructions regarding the upcoming activities in line with the subject EmpTech. It was shown through a short clip and it gave us ideas and thoughts about what’s in store for us. Notes were given in order for us to prepare the things needed for finals. We were also asked to choose a certain topic out of the issues he had given us and furthermore told us to find and analyze the pros and cons. Thus giving us another task to find a problem and make a solution out of it.
