ladies, what are your thoughts on the concept of baby fever?

(asking bc i genuinely don't believe in it as a female only experience. and the line between social pressure and evolutionary response seems blurry to me)

I think there's a biological aspect in the desire to have kids, along with a heavy socialization factor in women. I want to believe it's neutral, but with reproduction being used as a leash, with the rollbacks of women's rights and liberties, and with the abysmal education regarding pregnancy itself, there's definitely a predatory angle that makes it insidious. I feel propaganda plays a massive role in the rise of baby fever among young women, which adds to its already insidious nature. It feels like mass grooming of young women and girls.

I dont believe in it at alll

Totally created by patriarchy, all humans tend to find babies cute, this doesnt translate automaticallly to " i wanna have childre" but female children are brainwashed directly and indirectly , they are even forced to care for children when They are still children, and sometimes is the only activitie socially rewarded or allowed for them as and adults, so of course that gives them "baby fever" but there's no genetically baby fever, like there's a puberty phase, is just socially created

The evolutionary response is the horniness sex desire that makes you to create the babies and the hormone cocktail that makes you love the baby after l, and this isn't 100 response. Sometimes it doesn't work and mothers reject the baby (like happens with animals) even if they can express it openly because society doesnt allow it

But baby fever is bullshit, being social animals we desire what the group also has or finds desirable, but it can be babies or whatever
