Hi, I am Lara Mae Dimalanta an ABM Student at STI College of Meycauayan, here is why I pursue or why I chose ABM. At first, I don’t really like to take ABM as my strand for senior high, because I think it was more on doing math, computations, formulas etc. from which is I am not good “Slightly” then one of my friends told me that choosing ABM as a strand can give lots of lots of stress, but the more that negatives I hear from choosing ABM, the more it excites me to pursue it, because I think it challenges me, and enhance what or where I’m bad at. I have one of my relatives, which is my aunt, who was take the same or related course as I am but at the college, that has a decent job with a high salary, so I pursue it, I try ABM even though some told me that it’s going to be hard, but when the day started from me being an ABM student, it’s actually pretty good, I enjoy every lessons they brought, it’s really not about you being not good at math for pursuing ABM, it’s all about you pursuing what you’ve wanted to be. I chose ABM to because it has many advantages and also many works can be applied, I remembered when I was a kid that someday I would like to work at offices, companies etc. just like what I saw in the tv commercials. My mother supports what I chose to be, because she knows finishing this course can help me to be what others look be, just like my aunt who was now working on one of the popular banks at our country. ABM is not just about doing math, you can learn more than it; Accountant, Businessman/woman, Entrepreneur etc., also it has a program to which was more on enhancing your computer skills; also, being a good employee at a company; also, when in terms of having your own business, what you going to do, processes something like that.
