A charming apartment building with a mixture of both old and new. Kitchens and bathrooms are furnished. There are three apartments per floor, two small ones in an older style and one bigger apartment in a more modern style.

I tried to keep the CC to a minimum but I also wanted to limit packs. In the end I prioritised CC over pack content for those of you who don't own all of the packs. REQUIRES City Living and Lovestruck. Optional cosmetic packs are Spa Day, Home Chef Hustle and High School Years. This is a residential lot. I'm not sure if rentals are still contributing to the corruption of save files so I decided to play it safe and not class the lot as a residential rental. You'll need to assign the apartments yourself. If you don't care about the furnishings, you only need to download the links with sparkles after them. sunblind installer script *WINDOWS ONLY*

good morning gamers i wrote a script that installs @softerhaze's sunblind lighting mod in a few seconds 😘 (it can be used for other lighting mods as well, i just made this specifically for sunblind!)

what you need to do before running is unzip the lighting mod like this into a new folder in your downloads, AND CALL IT "sunblind"!! (you can put it somewhere else and name it something else, but you'll need to edit the script a bit. you can do it in notepad, but i recommend you just do this)

check the script and make sure the game file paths line up with the sims 4 folder where you normally install your lighting mod!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOUR GAME IS PIRATED!!! if this isn't where you do it, you're gonna need to edit it for it to work ⬇

remember to back up your files just in case and you can repair your game to undo like always

when you're ready, right click the script, click run with powershell, and there you go

I've been pretty quiet on here, but that doesn't mean I've stopped simming! First up I'd like to say thanks (and sorry!) to all the lovely people who've sent me messages :) I'm gonna try my best to reply to everyone asap!

For christmas I wanted to share something special - so here is the public release of the first version of my Decorating Tools mod (or S3DT)

Quick Description - This mod adds hotkeys to the game to allow you to move objects up/down, left/right and rotate in all directions, similar to T.O.O.L for TS4 PDF Guide included below!

To my wonderful patrons - thank you for your support <3 I feel bad that real life has gotten in the way of me delivering more content to you all, so I'll likely be closing it soon! MOD INSTRUCTIONS AND DOWNLOAD BELOW THE CUT

This version is compatible with icarusallsorts' Transmogrifier Mod, and until I can figure out how to script it better, my mod actually REQUIRES it in order for them to be compatible together.

*** EDIT - For some, you might need to use CTRL + SHIFT + Click to bring up object menus! ***

If you would like a version that does not require the Transmogrifier (but is therefore incompatible) send me a message!
