Do other people plan their phonecalls?

I have social anxiety and when i have to call a service or make an appointment I usually write down what I want to say, both pleasantries and like information I want to get. It helps me actualy do it. So I am curious are there other adults that do this?

Elvira, Josephine's wife.

She is a potion/poison maker. They live outside of the city close to a forest. Elvira usually stays away from the city and hangs around the forest or tends to her garden. She does still keep in contact with her family and those under them.

The only reason she goes to town is to sell her work in the underground market. She keeps antitoxins and antidotes around the house at all times, it wouldn't be the first time for her to accidentally try her lethal cooking.
