new blue lock season!!!
genuinely very pleased with Sukuna’s conclusion in the story now. His talk with Yuuji during the fight and now this ending with Uruame honestly made me turn around on his character, which I’ve always been somewhat neutral on. It was handled with a lot more care than I thought it’d be
Agreed! I actually wasn't nuts about Sukuna until this last chapter, showing genuine kindness/care towards Uraume was refreshing.
this final bit of jjk did wonders for his character!
Backstory isn’t out of the picture, but for now, I love that there’s absolutely no reason Sukuna is that friendly with Uraume. As far as we know, they’re just a random sorcerer with ice powers who can cook human meat that Sukuna respects enough to hang out and laugh with. And it’s nice that their relationship doesn’t feel that imbalanced or toxic, despite the huge difference in power and it being sukuna. Good for them
this hurts more knowing backstory IS out of the picture. still love their relationship
maybe no backstory but wrt this post, we've still won.
MAJOR WIN
what does it mean when your inbox shows there’s a message, but it’s empty when you click on it

what did you think of the jjk ending? :)
Saw this not long after reading the last chapter! Surprisingly, I actually liked the last one and it ended in a pretty decent place. Putting a muuuuch longer response under “Read More” if anyone’s interested.
entering the ‘if I ignore it it’s not happening’ mode for jjk officially ending
people are reading too much into kenjakus appearance this chapter and should instead be considering it as takaken being canon
Nobara and Yuuji are such a funny duo, it’s criminal to have gotten so little of them in the overall story
caught up to kagurabachi and it’s fun. decent fights, character designs, and it’s got a lot of heart to it, although im hoping it gets even better with later chapters. sort of a standard battle shonen
planning on catching up to WHA or reading Land of the Lustrous next
