1 thing I need to let go of

my frustrations from yesterday, a lot of things are out of my control and that can be really frustrating. However, i can control how i start my day off today, today is a new day and a chance to learn more

Weekly Brain Dump 💭

my goals for this weekend are to make dinner and have leftovers for monday

i would also like to finish my homework for the next week

my homework is mostly notes, but i have a paper that will need revising eventually

lately i've been really itching to re-organize everything, but it never feels quite right - it would be a lot easier if i felt satisfaction

having a clean room would be nice, i need to take my medication again too

today i am grateful for having people in my life who help and support me

often i feel bad for needing help but i really am grateful for their generosity and patience

lately though, i'm anxious about talking with people and being around them

crowds and being out in public are difficult, and i'm going through a time where i don't like having friendships, i feel guilty about needing distance - my head feels so full, like i'm swimming from thought to thought

I hope i can get back to therapy regularly, i think that would be really helpful in managing things, right now is a time where i definitely need a lot more support in my life

i love myself, i am strong enough to get through the day, and i should probably make sure to sleep more often

I think there's these pieces of myself that in order to learn to work together, need space to breathe first

it feels a little counterintuitive to separate parts of myself in order to feel more whole but i think the key word here is balance

this blog is my space to go where i need to rest, recuperate and let that piece of myself breathe

my brain is something that feels very wild and overgrown, so the only bearable way to exist right now is to separate myself into these little pieces

i think the biggest thing on my mind is if i'll always be like this, i don't necessarily hate it

there's a lot of self love somewhere in allowing pieces of myself to see the light of day rather than being buried down

i don't make sense, im not sure if i ever will, but i don't think that i'm unworthy of love because of that

naturally, it begins with myself
