Spellcaster, the Metalhead, and the Diable: No More Young Adult! It's Adult Now… Oh no, Lila…
Since I switched my gameplay focus to Everett and Dylan's household, I didn’t notice what was happening in the background. Suddenly, Lila and Odin had a baby. Gameplay did it automatically. I can’t imagine Lila becoming a mother. It feels strange.
I have to remind myself this Sims 4 universe is different. Personally, I don’t like the idea of Lila having a child. It doesn’t suit her. She has trauma and a fear of becoming a parent. She’s someone who prefers deep love with Odin or Lucien, not raising a child.
But… in this timeline, just once, Lila becomes a mother. And that child exists.
Me, watching the scene: Lila is… gonna be a mum. And the baby’s name is Thora Thorsen. That was Odin’s idea. Of course.
Me, watching the scene: Odin and Lila got makeovers. They’re adults now. No more looking young. Lila has shorter hair and a slightly goth style. Odin has messier hair and a moustache now. He looks more mature. They’re officially parents. And Lucien… good point… should I call him Papa? Or step-dad maybe.
Me, watching the scene: Odin and Lucien are cheering up Thora. She’s so happy. She’s like a little beam of sunshine with Odin’s sunny energy.
Me, watching the scene: Lila and Lucien are decorating a Christmas tree. So excited. They’re putting ornaments on together. How lovely...Lila hates Christmas. But she has to!
Me, watching the scene: Finally, break time. Lila and Lucien are cuddling, all warm and soft. Earlier, Lila helped Thora try to sit up. Lila is doing her best to be a good mother, better than her own. She will never let Thora be near Lila’s mother. Lila will always protect her daughter.
THE END!
(It’s not how I pictured Lila’s life, and I’m not a fan of this part for her, but seeing her surrounded by love and warmth still feels really nice.)
