I just need to share the fact that my bar review taught me a mnemonic device for the Lemon test (test whether something violates the Establishment Clause of the 1st Amendment) as S.E.X.: Secular purpose, Effect of inhibiting or advancing religion, eXcessive entanglement. I accidentally taught myself to remember this by thinking: "A Lemon party always has SEX!" Now I can't study the Establishment clause w/o imagining old people orgies. AND NOW NEITHER CAN YOU. *maniacal villain laughter*
