The Journey, Part II
So I'm back with an update and some new information.
Let's begin with saying you having to be willing to make changes to figure out what works for YOU.
I completed my 2 week detox and afterwards didn't want to see another smoothie, ever again. But, I took a day of rest and noticed some changes. 1) My sweet tooth is at bay and 2) My desire for carbs has also been put in check. The detox worked, but, I was disappointed because I lost 2 lbs. I also noticed that my weight was doing some weird spiking. I had to tweak a few things based on an issue that I have, Hormonal Imbalance. You see, I stopped taking an all natural supplement ("Save the money!", I thought) that I didn't realize was working so well. It threw me a curve ball and kicked my ass. After a particularly bad week, I went back to what worked and did some more. I will get more specific in my next entry.
