shes the daughter of an army tank mechanic turned hobby motorcyclist. she spent her life listening to rock and working on bikes with him. she had two brothers.
her parents were highschool sweethearts, so when her mother got her cancer diagnosis, her father was heartbroken — and when he woke up to her corpse at his side, his mind went, too. he killed her brothers and came after her, which is when the entity took her.
she bonded with caleb over a shared enjoyment of mechanics/engineering. he views her as a sweet little rabbit and they have a very interesting dynamic. she absolutely worships him and he pretends to tolerate her; really, he might love her more than she does him.
