Teddy bears, chocolate, and flowers galore!
All of them waiting in the windows of a store!
While one man thought he couldn’t get more sick,
A sweet smelling aroma can certainly do the trick!
All around the ward, everyone has certainly been off with the newest event. The closest of people seem to be fighting with one another, and people who were complete strangers were confessing true emotions to each other! No matter where the knight went, he always found himself looking at those affected by the holiday, his heart racing as he was attempting to stay clear from all of the ‘dangers’ he saw within his eyes.
“HEE! No, go away, I don’t want anything from you!” He cried out, managing to whack someone away with his staff as his feet scampered on the ground. He had no money to buy any of this with anyways, so why was the becoming a victim to those who wish to sell him goods for a holiday he doesn’t want to participate in?! Just as he thought he was going to get cornered by a crowd of heart-throbbed citizens, Plague Knight turned around to see a market stall to jump down into, and as such, he leaped from his current spot and into the stall below with a loud crash being heard as well.
The good news is that he managed to hide away from the strange crowd! Bad news, though, is that as he fell, he ended up realizing too late he was landing into a drink stall, a yelp escaping him as the liquid meant to be put into the adorable glasses was soon poured down through his mask, a gasp leaving him after he had swallowed it down out of panic.
“EGH...!! Wh-what just got into my mouth, and why does it taste so... So...” He blanked out, eyes rolling up behind the mask as his taste buds danced over the new flavor, his hands soon pulling up his mask slightly before his tongue poked out from his mouth. As he was trying to figure out his current state, the owner of the stall soon managed to help him up, his hands shaking as he took the offer of help before he suddenly ‘leaned’ more forward.
Judging by the half-lidded look of his eyes, along with slurred giggles leaving him, it’s safe to say that something was in that drink. Something new. Something mysterious. Something... Sweet...
Something that was making his heart throb beyond his control...
