i like to think that josh grew up listening to bands like my chemical romance (in fact iām going to say that theyāre one of his favourite bands of all time because this is my echo chamber and i get to make the rules!) and because sam was interested in every little thing josh would mention or show her, she couldnāt help but be influenced by his tastes and immediately went out to buy their cds. so imagine little sam circa 2005-2006 listening to my chemical romance for the first time and becoming immediately smitten because it has the josh association with it plus the music is brilliant so two birds one stone for our little sam. josh and sam never āgrow outā of the phase and always listen to mcr together and maybe post mountain events listening to demolition lovers hurts sam just a little more deeper. salt in the wound. no thanks to you gerard way! youāve got sam giddings crying alone to herself at 3 am with her german shepherd whining at her feet because her fur baby too can sense the distress

I believe that Sam loved Hannah so deeply and so much that when she died Sam couldn't handle even the mention of her name. I think the others said something about Hannah after the prank that had made Sam react badly enough that they didn't dare say her name around her even a year later. Not that it mattered cause it seems she cut contact with them after the prank anyway.
I believe the reason why Chris even brought up butterflies in the first place was to give Sam the room to speak about Hannah before they're around the others and she knew it but acted like she didn't. Because if she got into talking about Hannah right then , she wouldn't be able to stay strong during the rest of the time up there.
And Maybe that's why Josh did what he did to her. Maybe he was angry she wasn't mourning like him, when she wasn't talking about the twins like he was.Maybe he fell in that belief that she didn't care like he did.
I think that Sam loved Hannah so much, that even when she is caught by Hanndigo she still finds comfort in seeing the traces of Hannah in Hanndigo.
If Hanndigo had used Hannah's voice once we would have seen Sam crack hard.
Okay so, we rarely see this side of Josh, but I actually think he can be quite responsible when he wants to be.
Heās particular more than responsible, actually. Responsible maybe isnāt quite the right word for this trait of his.
What I mean is, when it comes to his things, especially nice things, he wants everything to be used properly and kept in āgood conditionā I guess you could say. Heād be the type to tell you if youāre doing something wrong, and step in to fix it.
Heās careful when he wants to be, but itās usually a part of him that doesnāt come out because heās also a person that isnāt really focused on things like that too much āuntil he isā, you know? Like heād stop mid-conversation at a party to tell you not to mess with something and again, heād probably step in and do it for you simply because he doesnāt want you to mess it up and handle it wrong.
His dad probably taught him āthe right wayā years ago and like everything his dad says, he took it seriously. It stayed with him. He takes care of whatās his.
When he cares about something, he becomes a caretaker, especially with people. If Josh loved you, youād know it.
