This is just a small detail (and I’m probably also not the first person to point this out) but I do find it interesting how both routes involve a scene where a character has to physically lead Kris out of the bounds of the game

I judge the shit out of parents who don't keep their kids on a leash. Like really, ma'am, you've got a fucking toddler who just learned to walk and you're just going to set that thing loose in public? At a big public event, too? That little fucker is like up to an adult's knee, how are you ever going to find your little ewok again if it wanders off? What guarantee do you have that it's not going to bolt off to attack someone's dog, and then the responsible dog owner is held responsible for the whole thing?

I got diagnosed with ADHD at 27 and there's no goddamn way that my sister doesn't have it too. I was a quiet kid while my sister was loud, and we had an age difference of a year and a half. We were on leashes because there were too many incidents where my sister would start throwing the biggest public kicking-and-screaming-on-the-floor toddler tantrum, and by the time mom got her to calm down enough to notice anything else, I had already fucked off 30 minutes ago. Already halfway through trekking across the great eurasian steppe.
