I just am not on this account much because I had gotten into my goal weight And I wouldn’t say that like I quit, but I have not been like thinking about my ED like that anymore.
like I now I just kind of focus on maintaining it like I don’t really question anything that I eat when I do go over a certain amount. I just cut back for a couple days and then things usually settle Down. I still do have my behaviors.
