Learn to like what doesnât cost much. Learn to like reading, conversation, music. Learn to like plain food, plain service, plain cooking. Learn to like fields, trees, brooks, hiking, rowing, climbing hills. Learn to like people, even though some of them may be differentâŠdifferent from you. Learn to like to work and enjoy the satisfaction doing your job as well as it can be done. Learn to like the song of birds, the companionship of dogs. Learn to like gardening, puttering around the house, and fixing things. Learn to like the sunrise and sunset, the beating of rain on the roof and windows, and the gentle fall of snow on a winter day. Learn to keep your wants simple and refuse to be controlled by the likes and dislikes of others.

Approximately 1,200 miles off the southeast coast of Africa lies an island nation known as Mauritius that gives off the illusion of an underwater waterfall at the southwestern tip of the island. The visually deceiving impression, created in the water due to the runoff of sand and silt deposits, is especially effective and breathtaking in aerial shots. In fact, the illusion can even be seen on Google Maps.

There is no designated time for anything in your life. You donât have to have your first kiss at any certain time, you donât have to get married in your 20âČs and you donât have to do anything just because other people think itâs best. In fact, you will be much better off if you just do what your heart says. The day you stop caring what other people think is the day their opinions donât mean anything, because youâre not there to give them weight.

This is deep
Itâs a marvelous thing, the ocean. For some reason when two people sit together looking out at it, they stop caring whether they talk or stay silent. You never get tired of watching it. And no matter how rough the waves get, youâre never bothered by the noise the water makes by the commotion of the surface - it never seems too loud, or too wild.
