Thereâs so much more to life than finding someone who will want you, or being sad over someone who doesnât. Thereâs a lot of wonderful time to be spent discovering yourself without hoping someone will fall in love with you along the way, and it doesnât need to be painful or empty. You need to fill yourself up with love. Not anyone else. Become a whole being on your own. Go on adventures, fall asleep in the woods with friends, wander around the city at night, sit in a coffee shop on your own, write on bathroom stalls, leave notes in library books, dress up for yourself, give to others, smile a lot. Do all things with love, but donât romanticize life like you canât survive without it. Live for yourself and be happy on your own. It isnât any less beautiful, I promise.

These are some silly things I do when Iâm sad and need a distraction.
Make popcorn, and try to catch it on your tongue. Bonus points if you hit yourself in the eye.
Turn on your favorite CD. For every song, draw a picture. When the song goes off and a new one starts, start a new picture.
Open minecraft, creative mode. Dig straight down, then lay TNT all the way back up. Set it off. Go witness the caves you just opened up.
Pet a dog. If you donât have a dog, pet a cat. If the cat refuses, wrap him in a blanket and hug him. If you donât have either one of these, hug your favorite stuffed animal and give it a kiss.
Write a complimentary letter to a stranger and put it in your library book when you return it.
Make a video log. Talk about everything you remember from the last month.
Draw a picture of your dream home.Â

Make ridiculous faces, make a photo collage. Challenge a friend to mimic your faces.

Skip the amusement park and find someone whoâll let you ride a horse.
Skip the mall and find a tall ship to sail on (around here, itâs between 25-65 bucks for two hours of interactive pirate adventure).
Sit under a tree and read your favorite book. Just like Frodo.

Cosplay with friends in a cool location.

I put together this workout with 1000 reps. It took me about 45 minutes to do, but I might have been extra slow this time cause Iâm tired and I stopped to refresh tumblr a few times. You can do the push ups on your knees if you canât do regular push ups or if you get tired. You can also do triceps dips. Literally every part of my legs and butt burned at some point in this workout. Calves, inner thighs, outer thighs, quads, hamstrings, hips, glutes. Iâll go over a few of the moves that might be confusing.
Heel Lifts: Standing straight up with your feet hip width & weights in each hand, lift your heels off the floor, squeezing you calves, glutes, and abs. Slowly lower and repeat.
Elevated Hip Lifts: Lay on your back with your feet on a chair/bed/couch. Squeeze you glutes and thighs and lift your hips up so you are in a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Lower and repeat.
Supermans: Lay on your stomach with your arms out in front of you. As you inhale lift your arms, upper chest, and legs off the floor, so you are balancing on your hips and stomach. Lower down as you exhale. If your arms get tired lower them by your hips but still lift them up.
Laying Inner Thigh Pulses: Lay on your left side, elbow on the floor and hand under your head. Bring your right foot up in front of your hips (knee pointing at the ceiling), hold your ankle with your right hand. Lift your left leg a few inches off the floor and pulse it up and down about 5 inches keeping your foot off the floor.
Kneeling Side Leg Lifts: Kneel on your hands and knees. Lift your left knee and foot out to the side, about the height of your hips, and lower. Repeat 25 times and do the other side.

Snorkeling all day sampe tewas.. Panas, dehidrasi plus itu arus dibawah kenceng bgt. Sumpah!!!
Searching2 penginapan. The best is amatoa resort bira beach. Ahhh..cozy bgt..menyenangkan..pokoknya nyaman kali..
Sore hari kami berkeliling pulau Bira. Dan berniat untuk mengunjungi tempat pembuatan kapal Pinisi. Handmade anak bangsa loh..traditional bgt pokoknya. Keren kan Indonesiaku..
Well, perkiraan kl jln kaki dr penginapan kami kurang lebih 2km gt, tp setelah dijalanin tu jarak kynya lbh dr 2km deh. Sarap, jebol jg kaki lama2. Kl diitung2 PP jaraknya 4km gt.hahaha.. Mana pake acr diikuti gerombolan anjing gt pula. Dita dgn mantra dahsyatnya: lu asyik, gw asyik..berulang kali dita komar kamit supaya tu anjing menjauh dr kami. Wkwkkwk.. Tegang bgt bow..sampe dita nabrak feby trs sendal feby putus. Sumpah ya, kocak abs kelakuan semuanya. Perjalanan kami tak lepas dr keributan, tawa dan canda.
Oiya, sebelum kami pergi ke tempat pembuatan kapal pinisi, kami makan siang dulu di warung bamboo. Disini ada kejadian yg menggelikan. Pas Dini dgn sigap berdiri dr kursi makan dia, trs dia nanya kl mau cuci tangan dimana ya? Eh si adek yg menyajikan makanan kami dgn lantang mengatakan: âKELUARâ dgn nada sulawesinya. Nada bicara mrk emg spt itu, tp mksdnya anak itu sih cm mau ngasitau tempat cuci tangannya ada diluar. Sontak kami tertawa ngakak, apalagi pas ngliat muka dini yg menciut gt. Wkwkwkkw..lucu bgt..
Kami makan malam lg di warung bamboo ini lg stelah mengunjungi si Pinisi. Ud kaya org kalap aj mknnya. Byk sekali kejadian seru dan menyenangkan di trip ini, tp g bs saya jabarkan satu persatu.
Malam pun semakin larut, dan kami kembali ke kmr masing2 untuk tidur. Zzzz..
Tj. Bira's trip
Kamis, 28 marâ13 Tidurrrr..ZzzzzâŠsambil menunggu jemputan kapal datang. Tepatnya pukul 00.11 kami brgkt dr dermaga tj. Bira menuju pulau Liukang. Gelap gulita menyelimuti perjalanan kami. Beralaskan laut dengan ombak yg besar membuat kami semua sport jantung dan komat kamit membaca doa, dan beratapkan bintang2 yg cantik. Kt mrk kami hanya akan menempuh perjalanan selama 20 menit, itu cukup membuat kami tenang. Tp ternyata, cukup lama untuk sampai di pulau Liukang. Jarak yg kami tempuh adalah 45 menit dgn ombak sedahsyat itu. 45 menit berasa berjam2. Horor sumpah..
Dan akhirnya..tiba jg kami di villa yg cukup menjanjikan. Bersih, nyaman dan dgn view yg sangat indah. Mari tidur ~.~
Pukul 5.20 wita, dibangunkan dgn suara whatsapp dr dita cm mau blg âair dikmr mandinya asin ya din, muka aku jd pliket2 gtâ. Hahaha..trs tidur lg.. Tepat pukul 6.30 dibangunkan kembali oleh suara berisik dr kmr sbelah. Sumpah ya itu alarm bs bikin org sekampung bangun. Baiklah..emg hrs bgn ini. Cuci muka, sikat gigi dan sarapan.
Liukang-Pasir, pukul 8.00 Memulai pengarungan dengan kapal mini dgn ombak yg sm spt semalem, ahhh..muall sumpah..perjalanan memakan waktu kurang lebih 1 jam. Okeh..semua lgsg terjun ke laut..mencoba snorkeling di pulau pasir. Not bad lah..walaupun agak sedikit sepi disini. Panasnya bikin kulit gosong menghitam. Pukul 11.00 mendarat di pulau pasir, makan siang pop mie..haduhh..perut enek jdnya..hahaha..kelapa muda menyambut kami disini. Hmmm, seger bgt..
Pukul 12.03 wita melanjutkan island hoping, snorkeling sampe mabok dan muntah. Hahaha.. Gila..itu ombak ko g tenang2 ya..huahhh..stress saya!! Beres explore jam 2 siang. Cabut dan balik ke cottage dgn kondisi yg panas naudzubille.
Sore hari kami bersantai di depan cottage berpoto ria sambil menunggu sunset. Get dinner, kenyang, menggosip ria sambil menunggu waktu tidur.

Rabu 27 marâ13. Sedikit lupa kl ni hari saya cuti..otomatis lupa jg jadwal penerbangannya. Well..telat check-in, twice last call dan mendadak jd atlet lari buat ngejar pesawat. Panas, capek, kringetan, ngos2an, seru dan mcam org bodoh jdnya. Haha..
Kl telat check-in sbnrnya bukan salah saya, lbh tepatnya salah system. Hrsnya saya sdh terdaftar dong, kan ud web check-in dr bbrp hari yg lalu. Yah, emg nasib saya aj yg lg apes. Akhirnya berhasil mengejar pesawat, duduk manis di seat 3A, menyandarkan kepala dan tidur. Pesawatpun tinggal landas.. ZzzzzzzzâŠdisela2 tidur ayam saya, saya sedikit menikmati gurauan nyanyian dan tawa 3 org dibelakang saya. Walaupun mrk cukup or lbh tepatnya sangat berisik, tp saya menikmati sambil senyum2 sndr denger celotehan mrk. 3 org itu adalah 2 anak kecil dgn ayah mrk. Lucu deh mrk..
Stelah 45 menit berlangsung, tiba lah si pesawat airbus 320 di makasar dgn cuaca yg bagus dan pendaratan yg sangat mulus. Para pramugari2 cantik mempersilahkan kami untuk turun melalui pintu depan saja. Tp tdk disangka, tyt pintu depannya g bs dibuka. Kocak abis ini pesawat. Skitar 20 menit pintu ajaib itu br bs dibuka. Dr awal brgkt smpe tiba di makassar isinya ketawa mulu nih aku..hahaha..
Sultan Hasanuddin Airport - 14.45Â pm Menunggu bagasi, sambil sibuk menelpon bbrp tmn. Ahhh, emg lg apes bneran. Nmr mrk semua g ada yg aktif. Trip kali ini saya bersama dita, dini, gia, qq dan feby. 2 org pertama ud kenal pas belitung trip, dan 3 org laennya bnr2 blm pnh ktemu. Hanya sebatas ngobrol di whatsapp aj. Dita dan dini msh dlm perjalanan dr timika-makassar, sedangkan gia dkk sedang menikmati kota makassar dan sekitarnya yg saya sm skali g tau mrk lbh tepatnya skrg berada dimana. Dan Gia dkk itu lah yg saya coba hubungi drtd tp g bs2. Hmmm..skrg saya lg duduk manis msh setia berada di airport makassar dan menyibukkan diri menulis blog.
Alhamdulillah, nemu fitbar dlm tas. Lumayan lah ngurangin kegaringan di airport. Stidaknya ada kesibukan, mulut mksdnya. Hahaha..Â
Bzzzzttt.. Horeeee, dini nelpon dan ngabarin kl dia sm dita ud nympe makassar. Asiiikk.. Ehh, itu dini sm dita dtg..huaa, ktemu mrk lg akhirnya..stelah lbh dr setahun g ktemu. Nungguin mrk ambil bagasi, skalian nunggu gia dkk menjemput kami.
Gia dkk akhirnya dtg dgn membawa setumpuk koper dan barang bawaan. Lumayan membuat kisruh di airport ketika smua bertemu.Â
Berangkaaatt.. Pertama, kami nyari tempat makan yg intinya cm mau beli nasi trs dimakan sm kepiting soka yg saya bawa dr bpn. Skitar pukul 19.00 wita kami berangkat dr makassar dan tiba di Bira pukul 23.00 wita. 4 jam tersebut lumayan bikin pantat panas dan kram krn kondisi dlm mobil yg tll penuh dan sesak.
Malam ini rencananya kami akan melanjutkan perjalanan menuju Liukang melalui jalur laut. Berhubung si bpk yg mengemudikan kapal blm dtg, kami menyempatkan diri untuk istirahat dan solat dirumah org yg mobilnya kami sewa. Alhamdulillah..bs istirahat sejenak..

Mt Kinabalu (4095m) is the tallest mountain in South-East Asia and is situated in the Kinabalu National Park in the province of Sabah in Malaysian Borneo. Thousands of tourists visit Kinabalu National Park each year and most come with the intention of climbing Mt Kinabalu.
Fortunately, Mt Kinabalu is one of the easiest peaks in the world to conquer. It takes just two days and climbers donât need any previous experience at mountain climbing. At sunrise, the views from the Mt Kinabaluâs summit at Lowâs Peak are spectacular, making all the effort worthwhile.
Most climbers take two days to ascend and descend Mt Kinabalu. The eight-kilometre climb generally starts from the the Timpohon Gate near park headquarters (1800m), with an overnight stay at one of the guest houses at Laban Rata (3273m), before pushing on to the summit early next morning. Mt Kinabaluâs summit is usually reached in time to view the sunrise, before returning to Laban Rata for breakfast. Climbers then descend the mountain, generally reaching the park headquarters by mid-afternoon.
Anyone with a reasonable level of fitness and the willpower to push through fatigue and discomfort can climb to the summit of Mt Kinabalu. It is achievable and incredibly rewarding.
