If you have issues with the gifs looking choppy, it's either due to needing every single phrame (not skipping phrames during the extraction) or deleting duplicates if any OR/AND using a faster speed when saving the gifs than needed (so they go too fast and look choppy). Photoshop's preview doesn't show the exact speed visually, it's a bit slowed down. Hope that helped.

I can try the frame thing I've always set it to take caps every 5 frames by default I can play around with that and see if that changes anything. I've tried playing around with the speed and just am not satisfied with it I don't remember what I used to use but I've been using 0.08 to 0.1 I tried going slower and it feels too slow and I look up tutorials to double check and people say to use 0.05 which is faster than what I use but I still feel like mine is too fast I have to just play around with it. I'm still getting the hang of photoshop again it was just too long not using it but I don't have the time or desire to figure it out lol when I find time to make gifs I want to just get in there and make them not be annoyed trying to play around with it
