This is really interesting. 'I can't even envision it' sounds a lot like aphantasia. Maybe there are more people with it than we thought!

John Green mentioned that that's why all of his books are mostly dialog, he just can't visually imagine the rest of the details.

If you do have mental imagery, why are you skipping the descriptions? That's where some of the best stuff is.

It’s honestly so sad because even his Patreon has been dead for a while. I loved his artwork so much, but it looks like he’s just completely abandoned socials. I hope he’s OK…

As for the controversy, it’s been so long, but the only thing I can really remember is some folks on twitter being upset by this very comic actually (linked video is just a dub over, not actually skaroy-approved) cuz they thought it was transphobic for some reason
